Parking was excellent. So happy with the rooms, staff and pretty much whole experience. Our family had a great time and we’d love to come back for another stay in the future!

Room 301, a corner standard king room. Comfortable bed. Room in need of refurb and reconfiguration to make better use of relatively large space. Bathroom could easily accommodate a separate shower and larger vanity rather than have the shower over the bath which flooded the floor due to the inadequate screen and the shower head which needed to be pulled out as far as possible so that water fell into bath rather than onto the wide horizontal tiled area at end of bath. Quite disappointing considering price of $637 for 2 nights.

Great staff

Room nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable, sheets clean. Bathroom clean. But, on arrival, when I took my shoes off my feet felt sand on the floor. Floor looks like it could do with a good vacuum and mop. Also base of the small table was filthy. Fridge is inadequate. Hardly kept my 2 x 600ml water bottles cold. Had to buy ice and an esky to keep ice creams and yoghurt cold. And a couple of small plates and bowls to go with the cutlery supplied would be good. I gift you the small bowl I purchased.

Room was spacious, comfortable and super clean. The small let down was the room did not have any bathroom towels. We arrived during their closing hours, so we weren’t able to notify staff for

The room was a little sad - back of the hotel with one little window. It was also incredibly loud we could hear everyone

Pool doesn’t open til 9am so have 1 hour to enjoy it before checking out. Pay top dollar for pool use on day of checkout we are limited. But it a small motel. 8am would be much better. Says no pool towels but we do have towels!? Taps falling apart basin cracked. Bathroom outdated. Food great.

Overall not bad, but could have better quality at this price. The room is smaller than expected, the bed and pillow are too soft, but great service.

Great place to stay. Pool area beautiful and relaxing as well as fun for kids.

Attended a wedding and as the mother of the bride I had the dress and veil in my room, some hanging hooks on the WALL would be very helpful as I had to hang it all on the architrave above the coffee machine. The hooks need to be high to accommodate a long dress. Also the bathroom is so big with a tiny towel rail above the bath tub that none of us could reach and my husband is 6ft 2, more towel rails are very much needed, you have the space and towel rails don't cost much and it's so annoying when there is no-where to hang wet towels. Booking, check in & the casual hours of reception operation was not the smoothest, this area needs more consideration, as it's a great motel with much potential. The Olive Grove Wedding venue and their staff I could not fault as this is a separate business along with the Captain's Table restaurant, all was wonderful and top notch. Overall we had a wonderful wedding and the accommodation is so conveniently close, just some touch ups needed for The Quarters hotel and it would all be perfect. Thank you

Great renovated and reasonably priced hotel/motel. My wife and I enjoyed our midweek break here. Rooms have a modern fit out and central grassy area is great for relaxation!

Fully renovated, clean and spacious rooms. Our kids also enjoyed the lagoon style pool. The facility also offers onsite restaurant, cafe, spa and flower shop.

Nice motel, large room. Pool area a bit dated but still fun. Good cafe on site. On site restaurant (Captains Table) is passable. Room was not cleaned / made up each day. Toilet paper not supplied daily, rubbish not cleared daily.

A very nice place with awesome staff. I had pretty low expectations going in but was pleasantly surprised by the place. The size of the rooms and bathrooms were pretty clean. The pool are was alright. Its not near the hustling bustling area like Terrigal but its in a quite area.

No clothes aired to hang towels. Had to stand in bath to be able to hang bath towels on tiny little rack. No hooks or rails? Bins tiny and barely fit a few items. Shower head sprayed water every way but directly down: oh and a broken chair. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds very comfy. Easy parking and beautiful pool. Gardens and outside very well looked after and a pleasure to sit in. Would be nice to have a decent bar fridge for kids milk etc
