Clean room with easy check in. Parking is extremely limited. We were staying for 2 nights and I had to ask staff if I could have the second mornings complimentary breakfast. They advised we should have had our room serviced which didn’t happen. The staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful, giving me fresh towels and the breakfast. It’s a “locals” pub so it was a bit noisy late into the night. The room was clean and the neat, the bathroom was fabulous!

Very enjoyable stay, clean and tidy room, balcony was old fashioned and very convenient, staff were helpful and the food was tasty. Overall great place to stay, smoking allowed on balcony for those who smoke.

Everything from the lovely hotel room to the cleanliness, staff, meals downstairs and the location allowed us to have an amazing weekend! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful room with balcony to watch the sunset. Fabulous bathroom. Staff were super friendly and walking distance to everything we needed.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Check-in was a bit confusing but nothing too hard - just have to go to the gaming room to get my keys. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room. There appears to be no soundproofing between the floors. So if you need to go to bed early, this is not the room for you as I believe the gaming room remains open until the early hours. I would have added another star but I've seen others complain about this as well. If I was in another room, it would have been better. My advice: when booking, as for another room besides room 10

Well stocked bar and easy parking access away from passing traffic and pedestrians .Unhappy with bedlamps as well as electric bed blankets as power point switches not working.Management advised of this.

One key to fit all was a plus.

Room was modern and tastefully furnished. Renovation worked well. Great location, no problem with parking or noise. Would stay again.

Room was modern and clean. Staff and parking were good. The only thing missing was a table to sit at and only one chair for 2 people.

A great location in the heart of Daylesford. Rooms are very nice and the shower was huge. Includes a boxed breakfast

Our stay of 2 days at The Royal Daylesford was beautiful. Checkin was made easy by your staff. Rooms are modern and clean. Location is great, all shops and cafes are walking distance. Abit noisy on Sunday night, Monday was better. Would highly recommend to stay here.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the spacious room and very comfortable bed. Old world charm with all the mod cons. We will be back.

The hotel accommodation is excellent, large room and ensuite. Clean and totally adequate. But the establishment is well overdue for repair outside the rooms as it is very old. Music played one night very loud until 1.30am close to us downstairs which was very annoying.

Very spacious room with spa, good amenities, but parking entrance was little difficult to find even though I received instructions. I wanted to ask the reception to keep the room key while two of us were doing different things and might be back at a different time, but the receptionist told me that they couldn’t..

Location good but noisy. Light in bathroom not adequate for a new renovation and lack of put down area in bathroom.
