Bluestone bar and kitchen was superb. Great food and reasonably priced. Breakfast was equally good. It was Disappointing that the bar and restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. Everything else as expected.

I travel a lot throughout Australia. The Sebel in Launceston has, by far, the best customer service of any place I have stayed in over the past eighteen months. All staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. It is clear through their interactions with guests that they really do want you to have a great stay.

Location was good

Large room was great for family with kids. Having two bathrooms was handy. Gym was small but functional. Close to a few food restaurants.

Stayed three nights. Hotel was great. Area around the hotel was very quiet.

The breakfast that was included at the property was the highlight! Check in was slow and no concierge onsite to help with bags. Charged an additional $10 for parking when I was previously told it was included in the rate. The rooms are tired and the bed was very old. The room over looked the car park and I booked a 1 bedroom spa suite!

In desperate need of a refurbishment. Minimal safety can get to any level with no pass needed. Very tired looking room and minimal amenities.

Though the check-in time was 2:00pm, we showed up at the hotel at around 10:00am and were given our room keys, no questions asked! Thank you to the wonderful staff.

One bedroom suite was good for what we needed. Bathroom was modern and clean and kitchenette was handy to have - bit odd to have the tiny separate toilet though. Only complaint is that the bedroom is not truly separate from the living area as it doesn’t have a door. City Park is great to have about 10 mins walk away.

Great location, walkable to most things. Parking was good. Room was a good size. Hotel washing machine/driver was good. Breakfast was good.

A little pricey for what you get. Rooms average, a little run down, but bathroom had been renovated. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Parking is extra and limited spots, you cant pre book. Staff are friendly. Location is ok with about a 7min walk to city centre. Tried to get a coffee one morning from restaurant downstairs and was told, no, due to private function, so tried in room dining and was denied also due to nose of the machine and private function as they had speeches on. Just not good enough!!

Very convenient to down town and river

Room advertises a washer and dryer which was the reason we booked here but was told we got a bath instead. Grout in the bathrooms was mouldy looking. Was nice otherwise.
