The room was "unfinished" - very strong paint smell that didn't dissipate despite leaving balcony window open all night and air conditioner on. The bathroom had no toilet roll holder and the toilet paper was sitting on the unclean floor - that had paint flakes and plaster dusk all over it.
Despite an email afterwards (our stay was outside reception hours) they haven't even had the decency to reply.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great, the lady at the front desk was amazing and so lovely, the room was clean, we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely return

Quick and easy check in/out. Spacious, clean, well stocked room with everything we needed. Kids loved being so close to the pool and ample parking at the door. Convenient location to Coles, McDonalds, onsite food available and Netflix for kids. We needed a vacuum as we stayed more than a day and had to rinse dishes in bathroom sink to use again. Other than that facilities were reasonably maintained. More than happy to stay again.
