The staff sent texts with information about booking in on arrival. The key system was explained and also the parking and exit from the site. The room was clean and heated with lights on. It felt welcoming and spacious. I was able to park outside my unit and there was plenty of space for luggage and hanging room. The bathroom had good towels and two face washers which is commendable.
We self catered for breakfast using the crockery and cutlery provided. Dishwashing liquid and tea towel all provided. We were staying for three nights and the staff replaced to consumables each day.
The bed was comfortable as was the other furnishings

excellent place to launch 🚀 exploration of north west Tasmania walking distance of Wynyard and airport ,if you got a bike great riding track to Burnie or take the bus … it’s free!!!

Miley at reception was so helpful, she went out of her way to help us. Love that you supply free bikes and canoes, didn't use them this visit but we'll definitely be back and take advantage. Will highly recommend the property to all of our friends.

I stayed in one of the pods. Absolutely gorgeous, fully equiped, nice firm king size beds…Really everything you’d hope for.
I needed to be dynamic about the length of my stay (out of my control) and they couldn’t have been more flexible!

Really was a lovely place, so close to the water and lovely walking/cycleways and breakfast was delicous all the staff were helpful, friendy and made you feel welcome. I did love the communication via emails etc about your stay that was really informative about the hotel and area
Only thing would be great to see if they set something up for dinner and drinks in the evening instead of just breakfast
