Very friendly staff.
Clean, quiet and pleasant rooms.
Location was really good.
Rates were great.
Only issue was the air conditioner was old, noisy and didn’t work properly.
Overall a great motel in the heart of Maroochydore, definitely worth a stay.

We had a two bedroom unit, it was well laid out and we appreciated the face that there are two toilets. Handy if someone is using the bathroom. Easy walking to many shops and eateries and parking is included.
The unit has been renovated to a good standard

It was an older basic motel but it was clean and the room had a microwave and plates etc. There were plenty of places around to eat, just a short walk. Sunshine Plaza was just over the road and very easy to walk to. We only stayed for a night but it served our purposes well and we would have a short stay there again.

Property was adequate, but very dated. Needed some maintenance. Best features were it's proximity to shopping etc,parking and friendly staff. It was very noisy as our unit was near the road which was very busy. Worse with hoons on Friday night in the street nearby. Price was good for that area.

Wonderful location.
Non defined parking. We were in Unit 19 and Wednesday afternoon the only parking available was close to the entrance.

A great, clean, fresh and spacious 2bedroom unit with 2 toilets . We only had one night but would come back again. it is a long time since we had a "motel" experience, but it was great and very central for many activities in Maroochydore area.

Even though the property looks a little dated, the inside was fantastic. Very clean, wonderfully comfortable bed with access to Foxtel. Would definitely recommend this motel to anyone who stays in Maroochydore.

Excellent, affordable accommodation in a convenient part of town.
Our unit had been recently renovated and was very tidy, a budget refit that was very equipped and comfortable.

Large room that was clean, neat and tidy. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the large bath towels. Room was quiet despite being right next to the road. Conveniently located close to shops, cafes, restaurants, most walking distance. Suitably priced. Would stay again

This place definitely lived up to its name. Everything was fantastic. A little dated is the only negative i coukd think of, everything else was perfect. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, giving us directions on where to eat etc. It had a lovely feel. Good size rooms, full size fridge, personal touches everywhere to make it feel homely.
If i go back to Maroochydore, that's where ill stay for sure
