On arrival was told the restaurant would not be open during our stay, but we could order in however no facilities in the room ie plates, knives and forks! We ate out. No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again.

Good location. Room was dated but clean & all we needed for the night. Views are beautiful.Check in & out was smooth with no issues. Staff was lovely & helpful. Would stay again.

A beautiful

The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the Glasshouse Mountains. But the bathroom was a little outdated and we had a few cockroaches in the room. Also the TV did not have a Netflix feature. Other than that, the hotel was in an excellent location.

Staff friendly and helpful, large room with amazing views. Sadly the property does need updating. We could only park outside our unit 2 out of 4 nights and extra parking is quite away, much like Maleny which is around 4kms away. Light shone around the blinds all night and people walked past on the balcony so we had no privacy. It would have been good to have a bench seat or similar for your suitcase rather than putting it on the floor. A very large cockroach came in under the door and ran around with us after it. There are almost no signs at the entrance on road that indicate the parking entrance or office.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was basic but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and linens and towels were clean. The air-conditioner worked well. The tea, coffee and Tim Tams were appreciated. The only down side was the room was musty. The curtains need a wash. There is no fly screen on the front door or bathroom window so you couldn't get a breeze without insects coming in.

Room needed cleaning. Blinds very dusty and cobwebs in the windows. Bed- average comfort. View fantastic. Location great. Staff friendly.

Great value accommodation with stunning views and a nice walk to a lookout and in to town. Clean, comfortable. Friendly, professional staff. Would choose to stay again.

Very comfortable room and bed. Great view. Would suggest a small table on patio, bedside table on both sides and reading lamp. Otherwise a great place. We would visit again.

The staff bent over backwards to help me when I arrived early. The views from my very large room and glass balcony were spectacular. I dined in the bistro and the food was great.
