Great family unit. Comfortable beds, all kitchen accessories that you need, walking distance to the inlet and beach. Car parking included. Tight parking if you have a large car. Lovely, helpful and friendly reception staff.

The room and pool area was clean and enjoyable to be in. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils/dinnerware. Having parking included was very convenient.
However, communication with staff was hard as they have limited hours within the complex. Constant noise in the early hours of the Morning (before 7am) made sleep in hard. On our last day check out was at 10am however a maintenance guy walked into our room at 9:15am

Would recommend Trilogy apartments. Our room was a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Had a separate laundry, walk in robe & plenty of storage space. Amenities were excellent. Great pool, spa & outdoor BBQ area.
Trilogy was within walking distance of plenty of places to eat & drink in Surfers Paradise. There is a bus stop on the highway just around the corner & a light rail stop one block over.

We had a fantastic stay here. We had an extremely spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, full kitchen apartment with ocean views. Free parking, very close to tram stop, Cavill Ave, and beach.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and quiet.
Highly recommend, and I hope to stay again.

I liked the pool temperature, and the apartment was a good size. I didn't like that there was no handwash in the bathroom to wash your hands and no chopping board in the kitchen to use when cooking. I also couldn't find the garbage shoot, it should be written in the room manual where is is specifically.
Also, the receptionist didn't seem to know answers to some of my questions, maybe more training is needed. And maybe a second staff member on also, when it gets busy. It was very hard to get in and out of my carpark too.

Receptionist are all nice and very helpful and cleaners too and friendly and caring. But they need to improve on the contact during outside office hours, had incident that ligths off at night and no one to call.

Modern, beautifully appointed self contained apartment. Clean and well equipped. Very quiet and peaceful, the grounds and pool were exceptional. Reception staff very professional. Great location to beash and shopping. We loved our stay here.

Of all the places I've stayed on the Gold Coast this one takes the cake!
The staff are friendly, easy going, helpful and very accommodating.
The apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, quiet and private. Clean air conditioning. Great kitchen, laundry and bathroom, rather impressive!
The pool and leisure area is classy, family friendly and modern.
Trilogy, thank you for my stay, you're playing the game right. Keep it up, I'll definitely be back and you're first up for my personal Gold Coast accommodation recommendations. Five star!

Great location, only a couple of blocks to food and shopping and 1 block to a tram stop. Pool is gorgeous! Lovely helpful staff on the front desk. We will definitely stay here again.
