Our apartment was one of the front ones, so we had an amazing view of the ocean, islands and coast. Easy downhill walk to town to get some dinner. The apartment itself was old and in need of a deep clean. The front door was rotting and very hard to open and close. The blinds are old and hard to raise up and down, and had mildew on them. There was lots of mildew on walls, doors around the apartment. The pool size and location was also disappointing, as the pictures online make it look pretty amazing. We couldn’t watch a movie at night as the internet kept cutting out. And the noise from locals revving their car engines at the lookout car park across from us was really off putting. Overall, having paid a good amount for this apartment, I was really disappointed. Even more disappointing was the fact that the management didn’t respond to my email and photos about the apartment.

Aircons didn’t work, rooms were mostly clean and tidy not overall friendly for 4x4 over all nice place

The unit was clean,the beds were comfortable, there was a bath available, the water pressure in the main bathroom was 'to be desired', though the shower water was hot. The main living area was expansive. BUT couldn't get free to air news on the TV, and management had to 'fix' streaming channel. Cooking/oven containers were sparse. The stove top was only ok for cooking. However, the view from the balcony made up for all the flaws mentioned. I'd stay there again, but would confirm with management the above.

Place was dated. NO WiFi! Pillows were very uncomfortable. Too hard. View was great. Unfortunately the park across the street was a gathering place for youth. Very loud. Very accommodating host

Overall the property was very comfortable, great veiw, would definitely stay there again.

Clean and very spacious unit with everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to nearby hotels and other food outlets but getting back up the hill is tough. Car park was a lockable garage which is fantastic but not easy to get the cars in and they are small.

Nice apartment and good location - only down sides were it’s very noisy - you can hear road noise’s and other people in their apartments.. Sheets did have blood on them.

Spacious, clean and impressively maintained apartment. Good kitchen with plenty of appropriate crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. The view is amazing. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Close to shops and beach. A bit of a task to carry belongings up the stairs. We have no hesitation in recommending.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Villa Mar Colina. The view was magnificent, which included watching hang gliders hovering over the nearby cliffs.

We loved staying in the Penthouse. Lots of space for everyone and lovely views of Yeppoon & out to Great Keppel Island
