The room was great. Air cons in both living area and bedroom, plus ceiling fans. Bathroom dated but very clean. Everything you require in the kitchen if you are doing your own cooking. Wonderful uninterrupted view of the beach and pacific ocean from the 12th floor. Conveniently located to many dining places and Woolworths for any grocery needs. Stroll to Pacific Fair and the light rail and buses.

unfortunatey with the wind the patio doors rattled but stuffing a toilet roll in the frame helped
Reported the hair dryer not working but I don't believe it was replaced - I had my own.
All in all a great stay

Yes the room was in a good living condition and it's appearance was that it was clean and tidy. And all you need for a room.
My only issue is the mattress on the fold out sofa bed in the lounge. It was dirty and stained. It does not seem it gets cleaned and it was only as I was resting on that I felt extremely itchy.

We stayed here during the cyclone Alfred and were very impressed with the help provided by staff during power outages.

We had an amazing time staying here, the location is perfect we walked everywhere, the beach, the tram, supermarket, the casino all close by.
It was clean and pools, spas and a rear find a well working sauna were all clean and well maintained 👌
Thank you for a great long weekend, we will cone again.

We stayed for 7 nights never change our towels or kitchen towels should be provided clean towels at least every second day.
We are coffee drinkers no plungers on the kitchen or caffe machine.

I loved the Ocean view and very friendly staff.
we were not happy about facilities & room condition:
- Bathroom & shower in very poor condition
- TV very small & old
- facilities in lounge room all very old, fans & tabs all rusty.
In total poor condition.

We stayed at Voyager for 3 nights in June and chose it for the location. Perfect - right across the road from the Surf Club so always lots to watch. Walking distance to the casino and Pacific Fair, with Oasis and lots of restaurants in the next block. There is construction next door which we were warned about and didn't really bother us. The place is a bit older but our apartment was spotlessly clean. We arrived early and left late, and were allowed to check in early, and leave late, which we really appreciated. If you don't mind the construction, you can't get a better location
