It’s a bigger apartment, but it needs some work. Tap was leaking benches have cracks in them. The bathtub needs some attention. It wasn’t left overly clean but I think that’s more the age of everything than the cleanliness.

John, the owner was particularly helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. Cheers

This was a most disappointing stay. The venue was nothing like the photos and things were dilapidated and broken. On the street, not bay view as booked Broken bathroom cabinet. Very Large piece of marble broken off the corner. Lots of spiders. Offers of spraying them. Unclean Worn Air-conditioner didn’t work without standing on chair so no heating in mid winter. No remote. No Wi-Fi. wasn’t working at all No spa or pool as advertised. Noisy Broken things. Excuse was that the Manager was away Moved to a completely different location after first night. Really inconvenient with disability. See through curtains onto street. not opaque Signal is not working for most TV Station. Atrocious Shower.Taps went from very hot to very cold all through. Cold Tap running. Didn’t turn off properly. We would definitely not recommend that anyone stay in this place. You are definitely not getting what was advertised or what you paid for. It was a disgrace. Photos show ad and reality

Great large apartment. We locked our keys in the apartment, owner come down to let us in. Fantastic location!

Great location apartment could do with some general maintenance

Terrible curtains in the property especially in bedrooms. Main bedroom blind was broken and it allowed street light in through blinds and as well in other bedroom but not as bad. Living area didn’t have blackout blinds only day blinds and it allowed a lot of light come in early morning and at night

The property was clean and close to shopping centre and to the beach. The thing that was missing is that it didn’t have enough chairs, it’s fits 5 people but has 3 chairs only

Very poor communication. Stuck outside property with no way to get in. Rude lady on other end of phone. Finally find a mobile number rang that another 20 mins to accsess property. He was helpful. Then couldnt access private parking. Until late at night. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom spotless. Heating good. Very very noisy from being on main street.

Property is in a great location and is well appointed. If I were to say a negative, that would be the shower / spa bath didn’t drain as fast as the shower , leaving a pool of water which eventually subsided and the leak around the taped shower frame which I hadn’t noticed until it contacted my dry clothes

Hot water is on some kind of weird timer and goes cold every 3 out 5 mins. You have t turn it off, wait 15 secs and start again.

Fantastic location, but the property is a bit tired; one of the blinds in the living room was broken, so at street level people could see in. However for us the main letdown was the room situation. You pay for beds, not rooms, and we were a bit confused when we got a message about extra bedding costs (even though we booked via Expedia for our party). It was quickly resolved and the communication was excellent. For a short stay this property does the trick, but longer stays may disappoint.

Proximity to waterfront, dining and walks were perfect

This has been the worst experience I have ever had in thirty years of regular travel. The property owner never provided access and I had to seek alternative accomodation. Last minute were also less than useless through out the process with no direct contact possible. I have put a stop on the funds via amex and expect a full refund

Was well situated. Only stayed one night so didn’t use kitchen but unit was well presented.

For the amount we paid we were really disappointed with the stay. The apartment is outdated, furniture is old,dirty and broken. Needs a really good clean all over. The ensuite shower is near un usable with the water turning cold every 30-40seconds, the shower still had sand in it from the people who stayed last. The crack on the sink area is just dangerous as 1/4 of the stone is completely broken. Communication was poor, we weren’t able to access the property until after 4pm. Wouldn’t stay again.
