An amazing place to stay. Apartment was delightful, views amazing. Location is perfect, its quiet but within walking distance to everything. Sssh. Keep this one a secret! Perfect

Beautiful resort! Will stay again!

First up we were told after we paid that a $200 holding fee would be held for 28 days, if we had paid cash we could have got that back on check out. For the price I was shocked that the expectation was we had to wash up, although no sink just a bucket you could fill up in the shower to wash your dishes. We decided against that as we discovered an ant trail in the food prep shelf thing. There was also mould in the shower and the aircon was held together with duct tape. Upside location was central.

It was a little confusing trying to understand which level we would be on but the accommodation was good and the heated spa was lovely. Great spot would recommend

Paid for superior 2 bedroom unit. Unit 6a.was definitely not what I call superior but obvious renovations are good. Entrance to unit a nightmare. door difficult to open and leads into small enclosure to 2 doors Unit( 6a and 6b) barely able to get luggage thru. First impressions were good especially living area. good appliances and well stocked with utensils. Sleeping area very tight, Main bedroom reading lights in wrong place so difficult to read in bed. No power points near bedside tables. Some at door entry floor entry. Bathroom very small, cabinet draw handle missing, shower not working . Old style shower in bath. My bad, should have stipulated needed walk in shower. Separate toilet very tight squeeze. This unit has some Pumistone Passage water views on a small scale but is like a fish bowl due to the many pool areas right outside living area. If you are young and fit it isn't far away from the boardwalk but if older or disabled you will need to drive to the boardwalk and cafes. Was given the impression at check out that because I should have specified walk in shower...didn't seem to matter that it didn't work anyway.

The ground floor unit was near the pool and easily accessible. Queen size bed and kitchenette was lots of room for the two of us and views of Pumicestone Passage were lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at watermark. Seaside view in the bay was spectacular! Three Pools were wonderful! Rooftop patio with private spa was delightful! Quiet. Clean. Perfect couple getaway!

Room was clean and very central to everything you need, close to shopping center, cafes, op shops and takeaways.

Great kids pool for a 1 year old in the pool nearest the ocean. Would recommend for any young family. Thanks all!

My family of 5 had a great stay there. Room was clean and Tammy at the front desk was very helpful with my check-in.
