Don't stay here, don't book here! Staff rude and obnoxious. They blamed their misunderstanding of the booking details on the guests, changed the the story of what actually happened and refused to authorise Wotif to process a refund when the guests did not end up staying there. Rude staff referred me to the manager who was just as rude, obnoxious, dismissive and unhelpful. I don't know if this is how the hospitality industry is run in India but I expect better treatment than that. Avoid this property at all costs and if anyone at Wotif is reading this you should remove them from your listings.

The motel is basic but suitable for my need.

We stayed in the eco section, as such it was clean and comfortable and is convenient to eating places. It appears to be in need of an update and looks a little tired, the extras like tea and coffee were meagre and there were no biscuits BUT it is eco and reasonably priced. I have stayed several times and would again.

It doesn’t have all the necessary or available things they said it should have at the motel. My daughter and I have bed bug bites all over our body. We only spend two nights. Some left over food scraps up in cupboards. The mini bar fridge in the room freezers everything.

Comfy bed, close to pubs and cafe’s, budget friendly stay.

The room was clean and tidy. Went to take a shower at 5pm and there was no hot water. The room beside was noisy, vulgar languauge, and general larakins until around 3am. There was no reception, you have to cross the road and collect key from another motels reception.

The room reeled of cigarettes to the point it impacted my asthma. The shower dripped all night. No shampoo or conditioner No working fridge Only 2 pillows No blankets

Everything was diabolically dirty, theirs mould in bathroom, shower was brown, the basin sink tap was broken etc etc

Room 6 and 21 where smelly very bad.I was staying in room 6 and my worker in 21 horrible don't they have health inspection how can Sri Lanka's owners run business like that

Reasonably quiet and safe.

The room stank of stale smoke, the large shelf over the sink in the bathroom was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time…the place had minimum effort in maintenance and cleaning…whatever I paid, was to much…and he had a cheek to ask for a $50 refundable deposit for the key and tv remote!!!

motel nothing like wotif described, air con was broken, everything was filthy, had to fight off the cockroaches, no toaster or microwave, would not refund any money for the second night of which I canceled at 9.00 am. Be very weary of this dump DO NOT STAY HERE

Windsor motel was very convenient,great price , convenient for dinner and easy walking through town

Communication was terrible by reception staff, rooms were dirty, shower over flowed, dirty linen and towels, Would not recommend

Old part of motel directly opposite better part, and up steep flight of stairs . Next room had visitors all night talking loud and slamming doors. Advise enquire about room before booking.

Place was discusting dirty linen dirty shower and it’s horrible place to stay . And 100 dollar deposit for a tv remote tgat the tv doesn’t even work worse place to stay and so dirty ..

Price is cheap.... That's what will you get too.

Customer service is horrendous

The location of the motel was very close to the mall and the very good restaurants and coffee shops. On the down side, the interior was dated and a bit grubby, a couple of the lights didn't work, and the mixer tap in the basin was stuck on hot water.
