위치, 청결 모두 만족.

슬리퍼가 없었고 침실이 갑갑했습니다 식탁도 불편했고 전체적으로 구조가 별로였어요 욕실 수압이 약했어요

위치는 아주 중심부는 아니나 주요 관광지에 걸어서 이동하거나 트램으로 이동하는데 문제 없음. 세탁기가 건조까지 훌륭하게 되고, 식기세척기도 훌륭함.

넓직한 실내에 필요한 것들이 모두 구비되어 있어 매우 쾌적하였습니다. 대신 트램을 이용하기엔 위치가 다소 불편합니다. 그래도 전반적으로는 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 가성비는 최고인듯!

4인실을 사용했는데 진짜 최고였습니다. 기대이상이었어요. 사진보다 상태도 훨씬 좋았고, 조리도구도 많았습니다. 식기세척기, 전자렌지 등등 다 있었구요. 아파트형 호텔로서 정말 최고였어요.

가족들과 처음으로 하는 멜버른 여행이었고 호텔 닷컴을 통해 본 숙박지를 선택하였는데 위치적으로나 호텔 내부 청결도 편안함, 내부 시설 등 모든 측면에서 가족들이 매우 만족을 하였고 멜버른의 명물 야라강도 도보로 이용할수 있는 좋은 위치에 있어 너무 행복하고 좋았음

Room was ready when we arrived early, fantastic helpful staff and a small gift in the room for my sons birthday. clean and tidy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with everything you need . Great value for money and nice and quiet. We will definitely stay again.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the comfy swing chairs in the library outside area. The pool and gym are very well maintained.

Great staff room was clean

The staff were very courteous at all times, and could not fault them at all. The presentation of the lobby was spotless, as you would find in a 5-star hotel. The pool was fantastic, and very rare that you would find an outdoor pool at this price point, with city views to match! The room was slightly delayed because of a steam clean (and thus carpets needed to dry), which was fine by us, as it would guarantee a fresh room. Now, the reason I dropped a star from the rating, was due to a couple of issues. The dryer function of the washing-machine/dryer did not work, possibly due to an error reading noting that the filter needing to be cleared. After requesting this be cleaned out twice, the maintenance team did not show up. I ended up drying my washed clothes in the communal commercial dryer. Small inconvenience, but at least it worked. Second issue was the lounge armchair, which unfortunately had dust mites. My wife developed itchy marks on her skin first but we didn't realise where they came from. After I developed the same after sitting on the chair a day later, we pinpointed the arm chair. Reception dealt with it by swapping out the chair immediately and no further issues after this. Kids did not sit on this chair, and thus were not affected.

Na verdade, não é um quarto de hotel e sim um apartamento super equipado com 2 quartos, cozinha e seus utensílios, possui academia de ginástica e piscina. Localização excelente com opções de transporte gratuito, lojas e mercado próximos. Ficaria hospedada novamente caso voltasse a Melbourne.
