Most staff were friendly, there was one lady who tried to tell me I wasn’t able to use my $50 credit on the room service despite the person over the phone advising that we could was the only disappointing aspect. Staff should be consistent :) Didn’t receive a room upgrade either.

Nicely appointed but small rooms with great showers. Bed was super comfy but the window wall to the open corridor made my aunt feel uncomfortable. I needed to work so i appreciated the early check in.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. When I booked online I asked for a quiet room: they clearly had read the request and noted they gave me one of the quietest rooms in the property! Room was very comfortable and well appointed: loved the dressing gowns. Breakfast was excellent - dining room was really nice. All in all a great stay and would love to stay again.

Clean, quiet and unique hotel near lots of restaurants and parks, Zagame House is just a short tram ride from Melbourne CBD. Highly recommended!

Definitely would stay here again, great for the solo traveller, but also would be great for the business traveller or couples. Room was clean and spacious. Very handy to dining on Lygon Street. Close to Royal Exhibition Centre and Melbourne Museum. Also walking distance to centre of the city. Only downside was the lack of parking if you have your own car with you.

Two of us passing through Melbourne. Great location. Appreciated the secure parking and the laundry facilities. We had a room at the end of the corridor. Only complaint was that the room was dark. Not much light from windows and insufficient overhead room light.

It’s a nice place and I enjoyed it, but the rooms are very dark. They don’t really have windows opening up to the street. The mini bar was quite expensive and no free water in the room. The breakfast was nice; it’s a la carte and you pay separately. The area was ok, but it was a good 15-20 mins walk from anywhere more central.
