Great apartment and location. Was lacking some

Very convenient location. Checking in was confusing/awkward from another location than the Hotel

Carpet not satisfactory, a number of dirty spots. Staff were very good.

Great location. Great layout however the room needs the carpet deep cleaned. Furniture has seen better days both on balcony and internal lounge and dining.

The apartment itself was spacious and quite modern. The street was fairly quiet. Staff were very pleasant. Air conditioning units didn’t work (maybe dead batteries??). Bed wasn’t very comfortable & pillows were awful. No hair dryer in the room - managed to track one down from another apartment. No dishwasher. Sleep was limited due to a consistent rumbling sound all night… seemed to be some kind of ventilation system noise but couldn't track down where it was coming from. The ad said parking available onsite - but neglected to mention an extra $28/day charge. Sneaky and misleading. Asked for late checkout, but again an extra $25 charge for one hour. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again. If you do stay at Zappeion, it’s worth noting that checkin is not onsite. You need to go to a different address to check in before you go to the apartments. Not the most convenient system really.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although my booking was for six people, the room provided only had one large bed and two single beds. When I raised the issue with the receptionist, I was told a solution would be provided, but no follow-up ever came. As a result, I had no proper place to sleep and ended up on the couch, which was uncomfortable and had an unpleasant smell. The room itself also carried a noticeable odor. This made the stay very difficult, especially as I needed to drive a long distance the following day. Overall, the lack of support from the staff and the poor room condition left a very negative impression.

Great space and awesome location

Nice apartment but it needs a good clean and a bit of work. Not sure it's worth the price, but it suited our needs at the time.

This property was unacceptable, there was no communication via email, phone or recption staff. This property was dirty, run down, the carpet was stained, shower was mouldy and there was not enough cutlery, bowls or plates for 4 people. DONT STAY HERE IT WAS A DISGRACE

Furniture was dirty and in really poor condition. The split system heat/ cool was not working and the list goes on..

Very modern,spacious,clean and secure a great value stay close to the city.

Great location near Northbridge

View of the city was awesome, And the beds were very comfy. Location is spot on, and the car parking was easy to maneuver. unit was clean our sink in the bathroom was blocked.

Toilet in room 9 was running and made a squeaky noise when filling up. Otherwise all good

I was very happy with my apartment, it was easy to get to and a good walk into the CBD which I prefer. I liked the secure parking and easy internal access to my apartment. I couldn't get one of the burners to work on the hob and the extractor fan didn't work but they were the only minor issues.

I really wanted to like this hotel but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. I’ll start with the positives. Pros: A king size bed, good central location, parking available (but not cheap at $28), nice modern bathrooms, good self catering facilities. Cons: I called the day prior to our check in, to confirm my arrival time & book parking. The parking bay number I was told was actually blocked off with a cone & had laundry trolleys in it. The check in time I gave was obviously not noted as I kept getting messages and a call the next day & was asked to provide my credit card details off this site which goes against hotel.com instructions. I’d booked for two adults and one 11 year old child, only to get to the room and there was no where for the child to sleep. When I called the hotel, I was told I had needed to make an additional request for a bed for the child. Never have I ever had to spell it out to a hotel, that everyone on the booking actually needs a bed to sleep in. So we then had to find our own bedding to stick over the couch cushions as the hotel couldn’t do anything to help us at 6.30pm. Always nice pulling out the couch cushions and finding tooth flossers and cotton buds too. The carpets were stained all throughout unit. On trying to leave the hotel early the next day, the garage remote didn’t fit in the key drop box, again trying to contact the hotel number and having to explain the situation to what I assume is an overseas line & it dropped out, I gave up. Never again.

Disappointing for four reasons: (1) We arrived to find no reception and had to travel to a different hotel to get the key. (2) Hotel very dated. Holes in the dining chairs, stained carpets, dirty showers, random holes in the wall. (3) Room was incomplete, e.g. no sponges or rags for the kitchen, no rubbish bin in the kitchen. (4) They charged our credit card three days before we arrived when the booking said it would be processed on-site, which led to some confusion. We raised some of these issues and we're told it was Expedia's fault for not communicating to us, so not much accountability from the hotel itself. Other that that, it was fine (beds were relatively comfortable, location is pretty good). But we wouldn't stay again.
