Sehr schönes Apartment. Der Pool und die Sauna waren auch sehr zu viel.

Meget - også for meget - overfyldt i poolområdet. Det tog lidt charmen af det. Ellers ligger det naturskønt med udsigt over bjergene.

We loved it! So clean and comfortable. We were there during off season so the patio was closed but the spa // wellness space was lovely and it’s walkable to a bunch of place in Oetz.

Mycket dålig incheckning. Efter fyea dagar skulle de ha mer betalt pga turistskatt. Svårt med parkering . Kostar 200:- per dygn.

Ausgezeichnetes Resort, keine negativen Punkte. Ausserordentlich hat mit das hochwertige Equipment in der Küche gefallen.

Fantastisk lækkert hotel/lejlighed og med en rigtig flot beliggenhed

Ein rundum tolle Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Hotel nur haben wir keine Klimaanlage gefunden, und es war sehr heiss im Zimmer auch Nachts. Waren aber nur eine Nacht da.

We state of the hotel for 6 days and love it. The views are fantastic the rooms are clean and spacious and modern. The service people were absolutely amazing, attentive and accommodating. No AC.

Spa was very nice and the reception crew was very helpful. Lots of trails and sights nearby. Loved the "summer card"! Would come back anytime

A great stay here as a base for skiing - gondola 5 min walk away. Spar shop so close for snacks and breakfast supplies from fresh bakery section. Very clean rooms, nice restaurant and pool was lovely to have. Recommend cafe Heiner for food / ice cream / cakes and also pizza rustica for take away / eat in for anyone visiting here.

The first thing we thought as we entered the apartment was WOW. The place is HUGE. You can tell a lot of effort (and $$) went into the place, as quite literally every item in the kitchen was WMF. We loved the apartment in every single way and felt right at home. The spa is somewhat disappointing, however... We have been to several spa resorts and hotels in the past, and this was a rather small one without many options. There were plenty of saunas, but only one pool which was, in our opinion, too cold to swim in despite being heated. Also, since this is not an adult only resort, expect children diving and splashing and being quite loud - also in the saunas, despite "quiet" stickers glued in some areas. Also, communication wasn't always great. We paid for a stay with breakfast, but upon arriving they told us there is no breakfast available. When we contested, the clerk checked again and then had us fill out a form detailing what we'd like to eat. The last thing is that there was a hiccup with payment - they overcharged us 40 Euros after checking out because they mixed up the room we were at. My partner didn't notice at first, but when I did, they refused to believe there was an error on their part. I was just about to call Hotels.com customer support when suddenly they realized their mistake... But all in all, was a great experience.

Tolle Unterkunft, nur fehlt im obersten Saunabereich eine Dusche.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung. Exklusiver SPA-Bereich. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Neues Hotel, große Räume, gute Kücheneinrichtung. Gute Lage nahe Lift, nicht direkt an der großen Durchgangsstraße. Dennoch einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Gästekarte direkt ausgeben, nicht erst 3 Tage später auf wiederholte Nachfrage. Wir bezahlen dafür! - Mehr Couchmöbel im Apartment; was nützen 4 Plätze, wenn 8 im Apartment leben; soll der Rest auf dem Boden sitzen? - Pool-Area (insb. Handtücher) nachmittags öfters sauber machen, war etwas chaotisch - Sauberkeit der Kopfkissenbezüge prüfen, wir hatten mehrere blonde Haare - Unverschämtes Preissystem für Einzelbestellungen im Restaurant ändern. €4,40 für einen maschinellen, maximal durchschnittlichen doppelten Espresso? Wirklich? Kein Wunder, dass alle ihr eigenes Frühstück organisieren.
