근처에 편의시설이 많아서 좋았어요

대중교통 이용하면 관광지도 멀지 않고 가격도 합리적이며 시설은 훌륭합니다. 직원도 친절해서 편하게 쉬었네요

일단 주차가 편리하고 대중교통이 근처에 있어서 이동이 편함. 그러나 객실 청소상태가 별로인 점과 욕실이 낡은 점은 별로. 사실 링 바깥 지역이라는걸 감안하면 가성비는 나쁜편. 방은 넓었으나 엘리베이터에서 방까지가 너무 멀었으며, 방에서 와이파이가 전혀 잡히지 않았다. 엘리베이터 근처에선 잘 잡히지만 객실에 들어오면 신호가 잡혀도 금방 끊어짐. 결국 숙박하는동안 와이파이는 거의 사용을 못했음.

방도 넓고 깔끔하고 전반적으로 아주 만족이요! 그런데 유럽여행기간동안 묵었던 숙소중에 유일하게 커피포트가 없었어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 냉장고도 좀 작았구.... 그거 두개만 빼면 퍼펙트 했네요! 아침에 방정리 하시면 에어컨 틀어주고 나가셔서 저녁에 들어왔을때 쾌-적. 카드키 두개 주시는게 정말 좋았어요 하나는 그냥 전원에 계속 꽂아놓고 하나만 계속 들고다니면서 사용했거든요. 그리고 위치 정말 최고!! 쇼핑몰에서 잔뜩 쇼핑하고 들고 걸어와서 숙소에 정리해놓고 다시 나가면 되니까 편하고, 지하철도 아주 가깝고 비엔나 서역에서도 걸어서 10분거리에요! 공항버스를 서역에서 타니까 캐리어 끌고 조금만 걸으면 돼서 정말 편하고 좋았어요

위치는 약간 외각이지만 바로옆 쇼핑몰도 있고 지하철도가깝고 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다

Arte hotel was a clean, affordable, and friendly place that met all our needs. The service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. When I requested a quiet room they gave us a room that's secluded from the common area and the other rooms. I would highly recommend to friends and would return again when I'm in Vienna. I just had two minor disappointments, one of which is the lack of a kettle. It was freezing when I visited so missed having hot water when I needed. Also, I stayed in a smoke-free room but could smell cigarettes from the toilets sometimes. I assume it was the person next door and while it's not the hotel's fault, it was not pleasant. Otherwise, I have nothing but compliments for the hotel. It's great to reach by public transport and have a lot of food and grocery options in the shopping mall just next door.

Kann ich nur empfehlen. Kommen sicher wieder in das Hotel!

Unkomplizierte Buchung und gleich vom Parkhaus erreichbar.

Verkehrsanbindung mit der U-Bahn in die Innenstadt ist sehr gut ! Von Vorteil : man kann gut parken, da offenbar hier keine "Zone" ist ! Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet !

L’hotel est miteux, aucune possibilité de plonger la chambre dans le noir, les rideaux sont trop petits, pas adaptés et cassés. Nous signalons cela au personnel de l’hôtel qui n’a comme seule solution de devoir attendre le lendemain. Aucune possibilité d’être changé de chambre. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas, le chauffage est bruyant à souhait et enfin le grand lit double en chambre supérieure est deux lits simples collés. Et ne parlons pas de la couette deux couettes individuelles dans un grand lit double. 20 min après avoir réalisé le check in et signalé cela au personnel nous demandons un remboursement de la chambre pour que nous puissions changer d’hotel pour notre séjour. Cette demande nous a été refusée malgré le fait qu’expedia les ait appelé pour leur signaler le problème et tenter de trouver une solution avec eux…

Eine überaus freundliche Reception alle sehr hilfsbereit. Eine nette kleine Bar an der Reception mit gutem Service. Gut zu erreichen mit der U Bahn und Strassenbahn.

My stay here was pleasant, it’s a block away from major traffic street which helps reduce the noise, I was really able to get a good nights rest and very easy to get to by public transportation, only spoke with front desk when checking in and checking out, very friendly Would stay here again.

The room was much nicer than I was expecting, given the hallways are rather dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and, while the location is a bit of a walk down to the city center, it's actually a very nice location with it's own charm, cafes, restaurants, and shopping. I opted to take an Uber to and from the train station. Normally I'd walk but it's just way too far and public transportation required a mix of walking and different bus lines. Uber took 15 minutes and was like $20. I was there in December when all the Christmas markets were open. The hotel had a list of markets with their locations and how to get there. And two of the markets were actually very close to the hotel. Of the ones I went to, those were the two I enjoyed the most.

Its the staff that make this hotel, helpful in reception and the breakfast room, made to feel like returning guest rather than a ew guest. Love the art music themed areas, in our room, and the breakfast area, loved the lyrics etched on the mirrors. Please if possible pass on our thanks.

The hotel was clean and modern, and my room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints except I was disappointed not to hear music in the hotel itself - music just seemed to be their decorative theme, unless I missed something. I walked with a friend to the hotel about 8 PM from Westbanhof, and it was a bit dark along the way as most businesses were closed and there was an unlit park on the side street. A couple small clusters of young men were just standing around near the entrance to Lugar mini mall half a block from the hotel. No one approached us, but I felt a little uncomfortable about that. Inside the mall itself was fine, but overall the Westbanhof area 10 minutes down the road felt safer and livelier to me so I probably would have enjoyed it more for the same price.
