1. 내부가 콘크리트 내장이라 좀 당황했지만, 곧 익숙해짐 2. 1층 창문 (문)으로 보도라서 약간 소음이 들림 3. 조명이 전반적으로 어두움. 4. 교통 (전철, 버스)는 편리했고, 주변 Augarten 공원과 작은 강변도 좋았음. 5. 강변 건너 식당과 주변 베이커리도 있음 6. check in 하는데, 좀 시간 (번거로움_이 걸림. 메일로 비번 확인하는데 번거로움 (여권 정보 기입등)

For me the hotel underperformed for the amount paid. I stayed in several in Cracow that had been cheaper but better and had a balcony and are closer to everything. The room was very warm. Too warm. The room temperature is the same throughout as not guest controller-able. - no shower gel just soap. This was replaced after advising. But very small size. - No hand liquid to wash hands. - Room view wasn’t the best considering upgrade, Cars, Dirty metal cleaning poles in view. - Staff OK, felt at times very scripted, could have personalised service more. - I wasn’t wowed by the hotel. - Pillows like paper. No support, very flat. - Breakfast ok. Garden View Good.

I was a lovely apartment, spacious and clean. Near enough to the city so you can walk in. Also some other shops about a 10/15 minute walk away with lots of restaurants and food choices. Definitely recommend the stay especially for the price. The only thing that I would suggest is a new shower

Appartamento carino e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è vicina alla zona centrale e anche vicina alla metropolitana. Host gentile e disponibile.

Very good property

Very good apartment close to city centre and public transportation. Quiet neighbourhood and easy to find. Even though the code didn’t work at first, we just called the customer service and they fixed it at once. The only issue was the strange choice of outside door which was glass, so everyone could look inside. It was covered with curtains but still a strange.

Fin og ren. Ville ønske lejligheden lige var opdateret og tjekket, feks. duede den store bruser ikke, der manglede viskestykker og karklude til lige at tørre bord af med. Meget tæt på u-bane. Fin value for prisen.

Nice city apartment in the middle of Vienna.

Vi bodde i leilighet 2 fra en torsdag til en tirsdag. Leiligheten var lett tilgjengelig med undergrunn U4, trikk og buss. Relativt nyoppusset leilighet med alt du trenger. Fantastisk kundeservice fra utleierene og et rolig nabolag. Dog var det noe dårlig renhold, fant en del spindelvev og støv bak sofa, ved siden av seng og på badet.

Good location 5min walk to nearest underground to gain access to main city

Wifi did not work but the rest was good. Close to public transportation easy to acces all tourist locations.

I have found the apartment really stylish and cozy. I loved the fact that there was a door to the bedroom, so that kept all noises out that might have came from the street. I loved the design of the apartment especially the bathroom.

Good apartment and enjoyed our stay once we found it, only issue was the location of the apartment on the map is not where it actually is, it’s about 1km further down the road away from the river. Use the address to search for it instead of going to the location it says on the map!

Augarten apartments are very efficient and convenient for walks around Vienna.The unit was clean and as pictured. It is, however, a bit plain of you want something more upscale. Only one bath and one hand towel per person was provided. No hand cloths. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Overall, we liked it and would give special mention to David, the property manager who was very helpful, available, and excellent communicating and answering all questions about our stay.

An apartment with nice decoration. There were however some stains on the carpet. We were visiting in a very warm period, an airconditioning system would have been perfect. The room was however still ok temperature-wise. The water temperature fluctuated during a shower, which was not ideal. Besides these minor complaints, a very nice room on a good location and well equipped. We would come back!

Excelente. El apartamento está nuevo, limpio y bien situado, cercano a la boca de metro. La decoración es agradable y está todo nuevo. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Corresponde a la perfección con la descripción e imágenes de la web.

It was an amazing stay. Everything was well designed, there was a kitchen with every tool, spacious and clean rooms.
