호텔 이름답게 정말 서비스가 베이직입니다. 제 펑가를 보시거든 무시하지 마세요... 방에 커피포트도 없고 방도 좀 어두운 편이구요 침대아래에 먼지도 딱히 청소하지 않는듯해요. 다만 위치는 괜찮습니다. 인스브룩 자체가 좁아서 어딜가나 걸어갈 수 있지만 역에서도 15분정도 걸어가면 되고 바로앞에 버스정류장 트램정류장이 있고 주요 관광지도 걸어가면 바로 있어서 위치는 만족해요. 주변에 마트도 많고 베이커리도 많아서 아침식사용 샌드위치도 사러가기 편했어요. 서비스가 정말 베이직하니 숙박 시 유의하세요...

숙소 테라스에서 바라보는 알프스 경치는 정말 아름답습니다. 그리고 가격대비 하루 머무르기에 무난합니다. 단 냉장고가 없고 샤워실이 개방되어 있어 샤워 후 약간 춥습니다.

인스부르크라는 도시가 작아서 그런거 기도 하지만 관광지에서 가까움. 식수를 제공하지 않아 조금 불편, 커피포트가 없는것 역시 불편, 이를 제외하면 괜찮음 직원 친절하고 겨울에도 방이 따뜻함.

"Basic" doesn't do it justice. Sure, the hotel may lack some of the refinements more expensive hotels may have; but was it does have is done extremely well. Check-in was quick & friendly, and everything explained in good detail. The room was a decent size, clean, functional, good aircon, and had everything you need. The hotel was nice & quiet; the breakfast was simple but good - including the option of cooked to order bacon and your choice of eggs. The location is perfect. A very short stroll to the altstadt and plenty of bars & restaurants. I'd definitely stay there again if I were in Innsbruck.

The personnel is really kind and welcoming. The room was modern, nicely furnished, highly cleaned and tidied. Concerning the breakfast, I appreciated the food offered (basic but satisfying) and the service, nice and caring. Maybe only one remark: the "fried smell" coming from the dining room was too persistent and not so enjoyable in the morning. Nevertheless, I strongly advise staying in this hotel. It is just a few steps away from the city center and is well connected with public transports.

Great breakfast and room was spacious my only negative was it was noisy in the morning at 7 AM at the back of the hotel. But there was a beautiful view of the mountains from the back of the hotel.

Lage sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut. Wc/ Bad nur mit teilweise beklebten Glas Wänden vom Zimmer abgegrenzt. Intimsphäre fraglich. Dusche nicht abschließbar. Führt zu Hochwasser im Bad. Architekt sollte mit ähnlichem Sanitärraum in eigenem Haus belohnt werden

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer hygiënisch. Heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keuze. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Innsbruck weet ik waar ik moet zijn.

This property's location is fantastic! A great base for exploring the altstadt of Innsbruck. The staff were all excellent and kind, and the breakfast offerings were good. Parking at the nearby garage was convenient enough and reasonable. The elevator is tiny, however, so traveling with more than two people and luggage means multiple trips. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Hôtel situé idéalement, en plein centre, avrc parking. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, le personnel ouvert et sympathique. Il y a un parking (payant). Seul bemol notre chambre donnait sur le marché, d'où le bruit des camions qui dechargent tôt le matin.

Buen hotel, muy céntrico , excelente desayuno y excelente el personal del buffet que se ofrece a hacer huevos o tortillas además de servir el café. El párking tiene pocas plazas y se entra por detrás del hotel. Buenas vistas a la montaña.
