다운타운 룸즈 - 셀프 체크인

메트로에서도 멀고 트램 지나다녀서 시끄럽고 객실 청소도 제대로 안되어 있고 시트에 먼지, 천장에는 거미줄이 달랑달랑, 더블룸 1박에 12만원이라니. 이런데서 잘 줄 알았다면 차라리 도미토리를 갈걸 그랬어요.

A acomodação era muito boa. Tudo funciounou bem. A localização também foi otima pous tinhamos opções de restaurantes e mercados proximos e facil acesso ao transporte público.

Bina teknikeri Türk bir abi vardı, girişte bize yardımcı oldu sağolsun. 1-1.30 arası gitmiştik. Oda müsait olduğu için önden valiz bırakabildik yardımcı oldular, teşekkür ederiz. Oda küçük ama yeterli ve konforluydu. Her gün temizlenmesi ve havlu degisimi yapılması bizi mutlu etti.Marketlere ve toplu taşımaya yakın bir konumda herhangi bir sorun olmadan gezimizi tamamladık.

The room was very modern and clean. The self check-in process is very easy and convenient. Would recommend.

Yöpyminen oli hyvä ja mukava. Sänky oli todella hyvä, ja sain ystäväni kanssa nukuttua hyvin. Välillä kuitenkin oli hiukan kylmä, eikä lämmitys tuntunut kauheasti auttavan.

The hotel was super clean. It was very spacious. The entire staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. They gave us free water and snacks included in our stay. It was easy to access and the location is PERFECT!

Nice location and good air conditioning. Eady check in. There was mold in bathroom floor which was not nice and made it look a bit dirty.

The location is great, only 6 mins walk to the tram, that takes 4 mins to get to the centre parliament building. The facility is new, nicely and conveniently furnished. A big TV is also a nice touch. Shower is detached from the bathroom, it is still in the room, but just opposite wall to the toilet, we found it interesting, but inconvenient to get out of the shower, as you cannot place a shower mat anywhere close to the opening door. It was all clean, expect the floor, it was actually dirty, and we had to walk around in socks. Overall, the experience was great, a new building, that contains everything that you might need, extremely quiet, has fully blackout curtains, a very convenient location, and a very nice cleaning lady. Considering the price, it is a really really really good option. I rate it 7/10. Keep it up!

Very bad service! Hotel have no reception, no help I have spoke with man one day before and told me you can check at 13 and our reception open during the day When I came at 13 I called then and one lady answered me but she wasn’t nice talking, I told her what the her college told me , she was aggressive and she cut off the call when I was talking with her. She need education again and need to learn how to speak with people! The hotel it’s bit far from center Check out at 11, so the most important thing if you forget something at your room as passport and your things after you check out you will get in very trouble because no one can help you there, no reception and bad speaking English So you have you be very careful about that Also you can hear your neighbors room when they open the door. If you come early or you want leave your luggage, so no place to leave it Better to choose another hotel who have good service and reception in case your lose of forget something at least you find someone can help you! Also you can leave you luggage if you need it.

Great room and location for a great deal. Would be nice if luggage storage was offered. Lots of construction in the area, but very walkable.

Es war wirklich sehr angenehm und sauber! Einzig wurde am 2tn unseres dreitägigen Aufenhalts der Boden des Badezimmers nicht gewischt.

This property is excellent for young people saavy with technology. You have to stick to check-in and check-out times—no options for extension or a human reception. There was also no office facility for printing tickets.

Seems to be a newly decorated hotel - comfortable room with nice furnishings. Has everything you need. Only slight issue is noise from - loud music until 1am on a Friday night
