It will cost you Eur 40 for cleaning charge on top of hotel fee. I didnt know that i need to pay this extra charge. It is better for you to be careful when you consider this hotel.

Très bon hôtel, n'a pas hésité à nous proposer une autre chambre lorsque celle que nous avions réservé a eu un soucis (avant notre arrivée). Le studio utilisé était propre et confortable, parfait pour un séjour comme celui ci (5 jours). Petit bémol, le canapé était un petit peu affaissé à un endroit et la carte d'accès de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Pour le reste tout était niquel, la réception souriante et à l'écoute. Merci pour ce séjour.

这是一次非常糟糕的住宿体验。由于耽误了火车，比预定到达公寓的时间中午12:00晚到了两小时，期间一直在赶路，所以没有及时通知公寓。当收到酒店电话时，反复地道歉，对方还是很不高兴，觉得我们耽误了她的时间，这也可以理解。但是后面的事情就无法理解了。对方告知我们可以请同事把钥匙留在附近的一家酒店，然后告诉我们具体取钥匙的方式。可是当我们到达火车站联系她们时，告诉我们一个在Leonhardgasse 3-5的地址，文明不熟悉维也纳，以为离要去的公寓很近，然后从火车站打车过去要了19欧。拿到钥匙再查地图发现其实很远，而且那里很偏僻，都是住家，很少见到出租车。很幸运地发愁时刚好看到一辆出租车要拦下时，结果那位女士又追出来索要40欧两晚的清洁费，而且必须当场给！结果出租车没法等，掉头走了，之后再也没有看到出租了。我，一个妈妈，只能带着两个未成年的孩子，拖着大大小小的行李，只能按照那个女士指的路，走到Tram 站，坐了九站，又走了一会儿，才到那个公寓。前后多耗时一个半小时！所以请大家记住，如果你由于各种原因，不能按时出现，可能会收到一样的惩罚！没错，这就是她们会给你延误的惩罚！到了酒店，发现条件很差。首先除了卧室，各处都没有窗帘，而很多家窗户都能看到屋子里。所以如果你在乎隐私，想放松地从浴室走到卧室，小心旁边住户可能看到你，尤其晚上开灯后一览无余哈。大床太软，沙发床则是疙疙瘩瘩，很硌。毛巾是深色的，擦完后脸，脸上臭臭的。厕纸只有小半卷，我们后来嫌麻烦懒得联系她们就自行补充的。盥洗池下水不畅。另外，两晚打死两只蚊子。我绝不会再住这家公寓！

Die kurzen Wege haben uns gefallen. Eine Stange für die Dusche wäre vom Vorteil,und das die Gäste sich an das Rauchverbot halten!! Dadurch riecht es leider sehr muffig auch weil die Wohnung/Haus feucht sind, ist halt ein schöner Altbau. Alle Zimmer sind mit Fußboden Heizung versehen und auch sonst werden alle Wünsche erfüllt.

Easy to get tram and bus to go around the city, and there are supermarkets nearby. Bedroom kitchen and bathroom are generally clean though, the shower head lying in the bathtub was a bit wired. トラムとバスで市内どこへも行きやすく、近くにスーパーも数件あります。寝室、台所、バスルームは皆きれいでしたが、シャワーヘッドを壁にかけるフックがなく、バスタブの中にシャワーヘッドが転がっている状態でした。

We rented this apartment for the Christmas holidays in Vienna. It was centrally located close to trams and grocery stores. The tram station is about two short blocks away : Laurenzgasse station. Turn left when getting out of the apartment. This will take you to The city center/opera house/ Stephansplatz / ratzplatz about few minutes away. It is ten minute uber ride to the main bus station called Vienna International bus station ( in Erdberg)where you can buy tickets for Flixibus and they pick up passengers for trips to Budapest , Prague, etc. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable enough for the three of us. The heated floors was great for cold weather. There were two space heaters also that we really didn’t need because the central air was enough to keep us warm. The washing machine and dishwasher made everything convinient. The microwave was fixed the day we arrived and we were able to use it . There was enough room for basic food that we kept in the refrigerator . The apartment was super clean and the bed was very comfortable: I think it was memory foam. The extra comfy sofa was nice and the TV was good. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is to have a shower head holder for the shower. We had to hold the shower head while showering and it was pretty tricky. But this is no big deal.

Das Appartement ist sehr groß und recht gut ausgestattet. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein, damit sich die Benutzung der Spülmaschine lohnt und man nicht täglich spülen muss. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein: die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben feucht/modrig gerochen, wir zum Teil auch die Wohnung. Außerdem gab es relativ viele Spinnweben in den Ecken und den hohen Decken.

住宿還不錯，但是員工之間沒有溝通好，五月多訂的房間卡刷了錢也付了，七月入住時，服務人員一直說還沒有付錢，感覺有點要多收錢，感覺不是很好！其他還行，距離有點小遠！

Buen apartamento y amplio, cerca de una parada de tranvía. Cercano a pie del centro.

The hotel location gave us easy to most sites that we loved

they don't have a reception. had to wait in front of the building with the family in a freezing day. boiler was not working when we entered the apartment. they sent someone and it was fixed temporarily. we left for sightseeing for a few hours and the boiler was not working when we are back. we informed our contact at GoVienna but haven't heard from them until late afternoon the other day. when I could finally reached them, they told me to call someone else to bring the plumber. (That was what we were supposed to do in our short stay in Vienna.. dealing with plumbers!) I told them that it was their job to have this fixed rather than me. By the way, the apartment was so dirty.there were hair on the sheets which were supposed to be clean. I still keep a few photos from the apartment showing how dirty it was. I really did not understand how they could ask for a cleaning fee. And I asked for another apartment. that evening we were finally offered another apartment at another location and we were told that they would cover the taxi transfer. guess what, still waiting for the reimbursement...

Квартира несомненно очень удобная и отлично расположена по отношению к вокзалам и центру Вены. Довольно просторно, продуманы практически все мелочи, кроме одной - пакет для мусора всего 1 на 8 дней, это огорчило. Также огорчило то, что девушки, встречавшие нас, опоздали, а на улице было довольно холодно. Однако когда у нас возникла проблема с бойлером, решили ее очень оперативно, поэтому за обслуживание ставлю 4. Небольшие претензии к чистоте - в комнате обнаружились явно чужие ножницы, но все остальное на отличном уровне.

Overall the hotel was okay. The positives first: + The bathroom was squeaky clean. + Overall the apartment looked clean. + Central heating made the apartment very comfortable. The negatives/areas of improvement: - 'Check-in' was not easy. We had stay outside the apartment building for more than one hour in chilling cold and rain, before the check-in lady arrived. (Having a local mobile phone is highly recommended to contact them because of the check-in process). - The main bed was not comfortable at all, and the sofa-bed with its springs jutting out was worse. The pillows were not good either. - The stove in the kitchen was not heating properly. - The thin curtain in the bedroom was letting the light in from the neighbor's windows. All other windows were uncovered - they do need to put curtains there. - For the out-of-town (non-self-driving) arrival direction, they should have included 'Laurenzgasse' as the closest tram station (you catch trams 1 or 62 from Karsplatz Station; no need to drop off bus 13A, as they had included in their directions). The apartment is on the same street as Laurenzgasse Station.
