체크인 시간 지정으로 조금 늦게 도착되어 출입에 1시간 가량 기다리게 됨과 주인과 문자메세지로 접촉되어 처음으로 접한소식이 청소비 35유로 요구와 요구태도가 불친절하였슴

no lobby, room have a spider web, strange smell, have lundary so over night can hear someone using lundary really noisy, I saw this hotel photo and went but nothing same as photo view, room is staying half underground, entrance have trash can so smelly, even closed window can feel cold wind, i don,t want use kitchenware because smelly and dirty, have ex visiter's food spot, when opend microwave there have many food spot, room heater also not working, closet almost broken, i really feel waste of my money and time, i just booked another hotel and moved out. if you wanna stay here i strongly recommend find another.

Das Bad ist sehr eng, die Fugen der Fliesen weisen Schimmel auf und es gibt nur eine Steckdose im Bad und eine im Zimmer. Wir würden nicht mehr dort buchen. Dann kam währen meine Frau geduscht hat die Reinigungskraft herein, ohne vorher Anzuklopfen. Betten waren in Ordnung. Kaffee und Wasser gab es auch.

Das Zimmer war leider insgesamt runtergekommen und auch nicht so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Ameisen krabbelten durch die Wohnung und wurden nach der „Reinigung“ tot auf dem Boden hinterlassen. Auf eine zweite Beschwerde wurde anschließend nicht geantwortet.

Die Lüftung war ununterbrochen an und hat das Appartement abgekühlt. Zudem hat sie gestunken. Im Badezimmer hat es nach Verwesung und Essen gerochen.

Nicely located to Belvedere park and in a quiet area. The shower was fantastic!! We had trouble with the stove and the microwave - neither would turn on, even after trying the light switches thinking it may be on a switch. Overall cleanliness was not great.

First, there is no front desk employee to meet. Make sure to read the arrival requirements in order to get into the building. It’s not typical like most reservations. Confirm a few days ahead to get the details of entry for when you actually arrive. I made the mistake of not recognizing that, because I never had to do that with a reservation before. Thankfully, I was able to talk with a representative to square that away when we arrived. Second, bring a flashlight. For most of our time there, the hall lights were not working. If you’re coming in after dark, it’s not a safe feeling. You walk down a dark hallway, step outside to a courtyard, enter another section of the building, walk down another dark hallway, and then to whatever room you’re staying in. Third, the rooms are bare minimum. They are suited as a place to rest after touring the city, and that’s it. We did not see a laundry facility as advertised, nor direction to one. The room on and off had a musty smell, and every now and then, a strong plumbing/sewer odor. Open the windows while you’re in the room. The beds were at least comfortable enough for a good rest after talking all day.

Clean nice apartment, just few small issues but generally we had really good experience with them

Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée car studio casiment au niveau sous sol d'un immeuble. Fenêtres très hautes , niveau cour d'un immeuble. Après demande par mail, j'ai obtenu un studio côté jardin plus acceptable. Endroit triste se résumant à 1 couloir de plusieurs studios sans accueil " humain " . Boîte à clés, plutôt cartes pour accéder au logement.

The room was ok, close to the train station and the most AMAZING Mexican restaurant right outside the hotel( Manolo). Close to the train station. A tad far from center, but local trams are right outside the hotel! You’ll need to get the step by step pictures for check in! :)

Les signalements de problèmes n’ont pas été réparés! Réfrigérateur puant malgré nettoyage par mon épouse pui prétendu nettoyage par l’hôtel. Chasse d’eau idem pièce commandée! Sans photo d’odeur ni de bruit de chasse d’eau évidemment…

The communication with the property was consistent and was pleased with how friendly they were. Due to the property not having a front desk you have to go to their sister hotel to get the key, which was inconvenient, it is 20min away on foot. Not too far but be aware that you have to pick up your key elsewhere that the property. Thank goodness you don't need to take the key back to them for checkout. The location of the property is basically right next to the train station and perfectly located. I picked this location though for the use of their laundry facility which is advertised in the property description. The "laundry" they had was a single machine that written on in permanent marker saying dryer. I emailed the property to ask them about the laundry and was emailed back suggested laundry services elsewhere and not at the property. So the details need to be updated accordingly that they do not have laundry services available. I was beyond disappointed when I arrived that the hallway to our room was very dingy and dirty, there was a patch in the ceiling that was open and looked as if there was water damage and it felt very gross. The room itself thankfully was nice and clean and very comfortable. I loved the space that it had and that there was a kitchenette.

I really enjoyed the place, well located! What upset me is that hotels.com is really dodge on adding extra fees, so i ended up paying much more than I would if booked same place at different website. Avoid booking from here. Bad support all together!

I used GCA for a 5-night stay. The room is nice, although a bit cramped. The bed is good, and the overall condition of the furniture is good, looks new. Highlight of the bath is the rain shower, so relaxing! So, the room was good, and the GCA location is good too - being close to the main train station and the adjacent mall was very helpful. The bad: the bed is very hard as if there was no mattress, and the pillows too soft. I woke up every morning stiff and with a pain in my back. Also, the fridge was making funny noices on occasion - once it woke me up at 5:30 am, I thought someone was doing the laundry. Turned out to be my fridge. But aside form those 2 issues, all was OK, and I would use it again, especially for shorter stays. OH, to get in you need to meet with the Guest Host, in my case Mr. Israel. So, there is no reception, but there is live person to let you in and show you the room. You just need to arrange for the time of your arrival, through email or by phone as listed in the reservation.

Gut ausgestattes Apartment. Das Bett war bequem und es war im Hinterhof ruhig, ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Mich persönlich hat es gefreut, dass es im Gemeinschaftsabstellraume eine Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett vorhanden war. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder dort einquartieren.

Pleasant place just a 25min walk out of central Vienna. Good transport links. Clean and spacious enough.

Nagyon jó a fekvése, pályaudvar éppen szemben. A városközpont könnyen elérhető, látnivalók a környéken, üzlet és bevásárló hely közelben. Wifi nagyon jól használható. Tv csatornák több nyelven, magyar éppen nem volt. A takarítás nagyon gyenge, konkrétan a konyhai eszközök elmosogatásával kellett kezdenünk. Minden poros, a padló koszos. A kertre nézéstől nem kell nagy dolgot várni, egy gazos romos kert van csak. A szoba mérete megfelelő, két személynek elegendő.

Der Check-Inn war eine reinste Katastrophe. Die Telefonnummer in der Buchungsbestätigung war nicht vergeben und googelt man die Unterkunft, bekommt man eine Telefonnummer die mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun hat. Erst ein Telefonat mit Expedia gab dann Aufschluss, dass man den Schlüssel in einem Resturanr bekommt. Der Mann dort war sehr nett, allerdings ebenfalls nicht der Ansprechpartner. Die Unterkunft an sich war okay. Das Bad roch extrem nach Chlor. Am Tag der Abreise wurde bereits ab 9:30 (der Check-out ist um 10:00) geschaut ob man endlich putzen kann und wann wir endlich raus sind. Positiv ist die Sauberkeit zu bewerten, dass wars aber dann auch schon. Ein Appartment das ich nicht weiterempfehlen werde und auch nicht mehr buchen werde.

My friend and I both tried contacting the property ahead of time as requested online, however the number would not connect. We went to the cafe as advertised and was asked to pay a €35 cleaning fee - except the apartment was not clean. The drains were blocked and it took over an hour for the shower to drain. The worst part was around 1.20am on our last night someone came into our room.
