리셉션없어서 당황 키받는 방법 잘알고 안가면 예약하고도 못잘수도 있음.,2박3일중 둘째날아침부터 찬물만 나오고 더운물 안나와서 관리인에게말하니 주말이라 못고칠듯하다더니 .. 결국 못 고쳐서 담날 못씻음 ..객실은 깨끗하고 좋으나 문열면바로 길거리 라서 거리에 누가지나가면 소리다들림 문제 발생시 대체가 바로 되는 리셉션있는게 나을듯 ..

There is no front desk, there is no check in and you can’t speak with anyone. The man who ran a cafe across the street took pity on me and helped me. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 and it wasn’t. Because there was no front desk and no where to store my luggage, I waited around and wasted half of my day. Terrible.

Things that were good: The interior looks nice; you have enough space; the shower was nice; you have a kitchen What not good: Firstly, there were hundreds of dead flies laying bellow the windows (maybe vacuum the room); there is no door or something equivalent to the bathroom with the shower, thus, it's not suited for people NOT traveling with their significant other but with other people; the cable for the hairdryer is so short that you have to sit on the floor to dry your hair; no toilet brush; when advertising to have a luggage storage, please tell people upfront that it's your office which is very far away from the property... Best case, it's an average experience, maybe even a bad one if you include the price (depends when you book and what you pay). And coming from someone who travels a lot, please make the experience convenient and get the basics right before putting so much effort into the interior design which does nothing for comfort...

Venduto come hotel ma in realtà non c'é una reception. La camera non è stata rifatta in tre girorni. Il materasso scivolava dalla base e nostra figlia è caduta durante il sonno. La prima camera offerta non corrispondeva a quella che avevamo prenotato. Stanza venduta come " city view" in realtà era al piano terra e dava sulla strada con un forte rumore durante tutta la notte

Check-In war etwas komplizierter. Nach der Buchung wird wohl eigentlich eine E-Mail verschickt, die einen Code und andere Informationen enthält. Hatte ich nie erhalten, weswegen der Check-In am Anreisetag recht schwierig war. Die Unterkunft im Untergrschoss war für die Zeit ausreichend und hatte alles, was man so braucht. Durch die Lage genau am Marktplatz war es, vor allem morgens recht laut. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr schön!

Ein sehr liebevolles Zimmer und total praktisch gleich neben einem Markt gelegen. Allerdings befindet sich anscheinend direkt neben dem Zimmer, das im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Unternehmen, dass um 6 Uhr morgens die Geräte anschmeißt. An ausschlafen nicht zu denken.

A great apartment, newly furnished. Well located for public transport but a strange neighbourhood.

The urban apartment was pleasant and useful, but the check in process was confusing as there is no staff. The interior was very nice, and the area had plenty of local restaurants and shops. Good value for money.

Apart from being sent to a café that no longer exists to be checked-in (we later called) and a single fan to cool the entire property, the apartment was great. Ideal location close to metro and some good restaurants and bars.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Das absolut einzige, was gefehlt hat und das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau, ist ein Geschirrtuch... Absolut alles war perfekt und hat uns überzeugt! Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir gerne wieder!!

I had a very good time at Grätzlhotel Meidlingermarkt. However, it's important to highlight two bad things: 1) The picture is NOT AT ALL similar to the room. Actually, I chose this hotel because of the picture and my room was TOTALLY different! I was disappointed. 2) Check-in is a nightmare! Keep in mind that this is not a "real" hotel (I didn't know that either). It's more like an Airbnb. So, there is no reception desk. Before you get there, you will receive an email with the check-in instructions (wrong instructions, by the way). You have to go to the indicate address to find the key of your room, and they send you a code to get the key (in a box). However, the address they sent to me was not the address where the key was! If you don't have a phone to make a call (which was my case), you are screwed! But I was lucky! Someone also was looking for their key, and she called a phone number written on the box. The person told us to go to ANOTHER address (at the same block) to get our keys. After that, I found my room (apartment, actually) easily, but the other girl spent some time looking for hers. That said, the apartment was fine (not as beautiful as the one of the pic), clean (not sparkling clean), and the most importantly, the neighborhood is great! Lots of restaurants, bars, stores, supermarket, bakery. It's not a tourist area, so you can see how "real" life is. There are many immigrants living around. Subway is a block away, so your time will be good there.

Not so much a hotel; more a studio apartment to rent... but with housekeeping and a minibar! The suite was well described and very spacious and comfortable, taking up half the floorspace of a former children's shoe shop on the street opposite the vibrant Meidlinger market. Self check in was easy with a key left in a secure key safe and checking out was as simple as leaving the key in the room. Nothing was missing and communication with the hotel owners was easy, clear and thorough. Great value and highly recommended!

Very clean and spacious. Close to the market, and extremely easy to find via train (when changing trains from the U6 to U4 all you need to do is cross the platform). When we had issues with our wifi, staff were excellent in ntrying to help us solve the problem

No A/C, wrong instructions to get to suite # 1206, instructions were indicating to look for suite #7 but it was 1206. I notified that Internet was not working, response was that I need to fix the router myself that I am the customer, proceed with instructiinstructions and still not available internet. On my last day they supply a different router with a different password. This is a horrible experience that I need to depend on people via Internet and they do not resolved the problem on time.

Leuke kamer, leuk ingericht en het is ruim. Ook de locatie is goed tov de metro en supermarkt. Met de metro ben je zo in het centrum. Nadeel is het inchecken: dit verliep verre van soepel en heeft ons ruim een uur gekost.

場所がちょっと分かりにくかったくらいで、あとは全て最高でした！

Sehr gute Lage, da eine direkte Verbindung zur U-Bahn besteht

Die Aufenthalt war voller positiven Überraschungen, kostenfreie Fahrradnutzung, große Terasse, Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, neue Möbel, stillvolle Einrichtung. Die suit ist im prinzip wie eine neue Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, und Badezimmer. Es gibt kein Rezeption, oder Empfang, die Schlüssel wird mit Code geholt, alles anderes in den Unterlagen im Zimmer erklärt. Unkompliziert. Die Nacht war still und ruhig, die Innenstadt ist mit U-Bahn in ca.10 Min zu erreichen.
