시설은 오래됐지만 친절하고 편안한 분위라 좋았습니다

It was not bad. Facilities were very old and humble, but not dirty. There is tram station nearby hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to the Stephan platz.

The room and bed was clean, the shower hot and the bed comfortable. Great location too. Simple but perfect for solo travellers. The communication around checking in could be clearer. I asked if i could store my luggage for a few hours after checking out and they said no problem, but sadly the reception was closed at 10 am on Monday morning - I used a storage service in Vienna instead. The toilet in my bathroom was also leaking (clean) water. It was an inconvenience but nothing I can't get over. Overall a good experience.

Clean room, clean bed sheets, changed towels and worm oll day and night. Good warm shower. Good price. Perfect acomodation for a citybreak. Is close to city transport 3 minutes, to diferent lines so you have to chose from. Only downside would be the thin walls and the street tram, but it wasn't a problem for me after a whole day of walming I sleept like a rock

La chambre était tout à fait satisfaisante, propre, l’hotel bien situé et silencieux J’ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrais !

スーパーが近くにあり便利。夜はお店が閉まってるのと自販機ぐないので水のストックが必要。トラムがホテルの目の前を頻繁に通るので夜うるさい。ホテルスタッフは最高でした。お酒を飲まないらしく、ビールを友達にもらったビールをプレゼントしてくれました。本当にありがとうございます。

My second visit. A simple room in a good location with public transport nearby. For the price a good choice.

Loved the appartments. Perfect balance for cost and service. With privacy to match. Great to leave and have breakfast just nearby then walk into the city centre or catch any of the many public transport options nearby.

Nice location for transportation around Vienna. Clean small room suitable for limited budget.

Uns hat es gut gefallen

Ich war schon mehrfach dort. Einfaches Hotel in Laufweite zum 1. Bezirk. Gut geeignet, wenn man nur ein Zimmer zum Übernachten möchte. Frühstück wird (seit der Coronapandemie) nicht mehr angeboten. Spätcheck-In funktionierte problemlos. Zimmer wurde geputzt, das Bett jedoch nicht gemacht (3 Nächte).

The hotel is good for the budget friendly traveler. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. It is very basic although for someone like me, I am good. One thing I noticed is that hot water fluctuates. In the winter time it should be consistent. Also, it is walkable to the major attractions in Wien, although there aren't much eating places nearby, though grocery stores are not too far. I just hope in the future, they would do away with the "no cancellation" policy. It would be good to give at least 24-48 hours cancellation notice. Majority of hotels nowadays follow that procedure.

No staff service at all

Convenient for city centre in a nice area. Hotel is all you need for a short stay.

Clean, quiet and practical. The location is so great in west Vienna.

It was a very small room, but the bed was comfortable enough and the shower was nice (but not super well kept). Not much room in the toilet though - my left knee kept banging against the piping for the zink. The hotel was cheap and okay value for money, but certainly closer to the two stars the hotels has, compared to the 7.2 rating it has. Not a super place, but not bad either. The reception was only open from midday to 5pm, but the communication about it was excellent. Location wise it was a bit too "far" from the absolute centrum, but it isn't that far away and there are good transport possibilities, so it's not really a problem. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The vinal verdict is "would I stay there again?", and yes I would. It wasn't worse than that, haha.

Au niveau de propreté il n'y a pas de problème (on a pas besoin du ménage tous les jours si on reviens a l’hôtel que pour dormir). sur le site avait note que acceull s'ouvre a 7 heures. En réalité l’hôtel s'ouvre a midi Ce bien d'avoir une télévision dans la chambre mais il y a que une seule chaîne (avec débats des députes). Aucune chaîne international. Honnêtement je préféré avoir une radio ou une chaîne musical a la TV. J’aimerais avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre. Quartier est calme mais pendant 2 nuits dans le jardin il avait des bruits (livraison des matériaux - bois, fer...).
