Very clean and Hotel clerks are very kind. However, room space too small and not so comfortable but good transportation with subway as very closer. Totally not so bad but not so fantastic hotel.

쇼핑가와 지하철을 끼고 있으며 주변에 수퍼와 식당 카페가 즐비한 위치에 있음. 실내인테리어와 설비. 등이 매우 세련된 최고 수준이며 특히 주니어스위트룸의 전망과 배치는 매우 만족할만함. 주창장이 없어 근처에 주차해야 하는 번거로움과 아침부페가 없는 시스템이 다소 불편함

I was disappointed with the room; while very comfortable, looked a little run down, dusty and found some bugs that looked like silverfish. When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar was excellent.

Helpful team, clean and quiet room. Gym not really a a gym.

Easily the best hotel during our trip across Austria. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location to shopping and public transportation was perfect. We stayed during a heat wave (over 100F) and the hotel was cool the whole time, climate control in the room was great. The rooms are so nice both in comfort and style. The best bed we had during our trip. Entrance to the U-Bahn is right around the corner. So many shops and restaurants up and down Mariahilferstrasse. If you need to avoid the heat like we did you can pop down to the underground and go anywhere in Vienna to visit the sights. Sauna and Steam room available for guests, both were great. Highly recommended for couples travelling.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cool vibes even though the weather was hot.

The decor was a beautiful mix of vintage and modern. The restaurant was fantastic.

The rooms were very well designed and equipped with amenities. Sound proofing was also good.

Fantastic property, close to the metro and elegant stay. The second stay for us, so definitely coming back.

The location was exceptional. It’s close to the train station, local shops and restaurants, and museums. Loved the room - it was very artistic and charming. Next trip to Europe we plan to stay there again.

Snabb och trevlig incheckning. Personalen mycket tillmötesgående. Rummet rent och snyggt och bekvämt . Bra belysning. Frukost A la carte var dyr. Restaurangen hade en bra kvällsmeny som var mer värd kostnaden än frukosten. Bar på takterrass med fantastisk utsikt som är välbesökt. Bokning rekommenderas.

The staff at Motto were so helpful and super kind, the hotel is beautiful, clean, well maintained very well located, a bakery and coffee shop is in the hotel, very convenient, it’s in my top ten hotels in Europe, I will recommend it to everyone and come back for sure!

The front desk staff were the best I have ever experienced. The hotel is very charming…. Wonderful!

Wie immer großartig!

Hotel Motto is a nice Hotel and the staff are friendly. A few days before check-in I was send a list of upgrades by the hotel including a pre-arranged taxi at a preferred price. I selected that service because I have found in past trips cabs from the airport are expensive in Vienna. However, the hotel failed to properly book the cab. One of the reasons I chose Motto was to enjoy its rooftop bar/restaurant, but for 3 of the nights the rooftop was booked for a special events so I never got to see or use it. I was disappointed to experience that Motto guests weren't given priority to access and use hotel amenities. There are many fine hotels in Vienna to chose from and on my next trip I will give one of the others a try instead of Motto.

Chic, quiet and comfortable hotel with a trendy bar and restaurant on top. The personale makes you really feel welcome.

Am Anreise Tag sehr sympathische Dame an der Rezeption! Haben nachdem wir unser Gepäck auf Zimmer gebracht haben ein Sekt als Begrüßung bekommen der allerdings schon sehr abgestanden war! Zimmer ist traumhaft eingerichtet mit perfekten Kosmetik Artikeln ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Abreise fand ich ehr speziell und nicht sehr freundlich und professionell ! I originally had another hotel in mind, but the price kept climbing. I checked repeatedly, hoping it would come back down, but eventually I booked Hotel Motto with some hesitation. I had been imagining a more traditional luxury experience—something with a spa where I could really feel pampered. What a wonderful surprise! The room was absolutely adorable, and the décor was incredibly chic. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the personal touches made the experience feel special. Honestly, it felt like I had stepped into a movie and was the main character. I hadn't traveled to Europe in decades, so I put a lot of pressure on this trip and wanted everything to be perfect (even though I know that's impossible). Hotel Motto exceeded my expectations. Location was convenient, lively and fun. I loved my stay, have absolutely no regrets, and would happily return. I'll definitely be back! Je ne regrette rien . Thank you!

My experience at Motto was excellent from beginning to end. The WhatsApp communication prior to arrival was fantastic and made everything feel seamless and welcoming before check-in. The reception staff were superb — professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The rooftop is an absolute must, with a great atmosphere, very good food, and amazing staff throughout. I also really appreciated the variety of options and services available during the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would happily return.
