객실도 깨끗하고 위치가 정말 좋았어요!

주요 관광지 이동하기에 트램 이용이 편한 지리적 위치에 있고 주변에 레스토랑이 많아서 편했지만 객실 청소상태는 바닥 청소를 제대로 하지 않은것이 조금 아쉬었습니다.

위치는 Schottentor 역에서 가깝고 트램 Schwarzspanierstraße역 바로 앞에 있어서 접근성은 아주 좋았습니다. 객실은 생각보다 무지 좁은 편이고, 침대는 푹신하지만 시트커버, 이불, 배게는 갈아주지 않고 정리만 해줍니다. 옛날 건물에 들어선 호텔이라서 그런지 뭐든지 다 수동이고 엘레베이터는 좁고 2층에 Front Desk가 있어서 짐이 많은 경우 계단을 이용해서 올라가야하는데 엄청 불편합니다. 어멘티니는 거의 없다고 보시면 됩니다. 딱 잠만 잘 수 있는 숙소 개념으로 접근 하셔야 합니다. 오스트리아 빈 물가에 비하면 저렴할지 모르겠지만, 위치/접근성을 제외하면 좀 실망스러운 호텔입니다.

Hotellet i sig var väldigt bra, man får det man betalar för. MEN däremot så ingår det inte frukost trots att det står tydligt i info vid bokning. När jag påpekade detta till hotellet så sa dom bara ”nej det finns inte frukost” och trots att det står det i vår bokning så vägrade dom ge någon ersättning för detta. Riktigt dåligt!

Our second stay in Vienna, new location. Great location for exploring the city. we were a bit confused on how to get into the building, but it was a good stay.

2階へのリフトがないため、スーツケースで登り降りが大変です。 変えのバスタオルがリネンに、あると案内がありましたが、残念ながらありませんでした。

Good location, price and room size. Near everything a tourist want to see and experience. Clean rooms and excellent room service. The location of the room is what killed this deal. The room faces straight into one of the busiest streets in Vienna. Without AC in the room you need to open the windows at night to cool the room off. Open windows mean all the noise from the street including ambulances, public trans, bars, cigarette smoke, church bells all in one package. They do include ear plugs in the room maybe that should have been my first clue. The bar across the street and the loudest people don't close until 3am so you are blessed with all the noise and yelling of people until that time. Look for a room that faces inward or to the other side of the building probably much quieter. Overall a good place if they can probably accommodate people away from the street side rooms.

This hotel was in a good location for sightseeing but unfortunately there is a pub opposite that was so noisy till 3am every night to which we had no warning. Clean tho the room wasn't done every day. Short on towels so had to ask for them. Nice size room. Had a coffee machine and you only get 2 capsules per day. We had no coffee cups so had to use the glasses from the bathroom. No staff at night only during the day. Personally I wouldn't stay here again.

Love this place. Cozy atmosphere, the wood stairs is like in the palace. Everything is clean and fresh! Thank you Highly recommended!

Estadia muito boa, com boa localização. A equipe é gentil e atenciosa, e o quarto é confortável. Por isso, recomendo o Hotel Pension.

The hotel is simple but overall good. The problem was that in the middle of the day I was called because apparently there was a leak from my room to the floor downstairs. When I arrived back at the hotel hours after they still haven't resolved the issue and claimed to not have other rooms, so I had to go look for another hotel after a long day of meetings. I asked for them to at least get me somewhere to take a shower and they claimed not to have any options for me.

Hotel was in great location. Near train station. Didnt realize no AC and it was very warm. They did supply a fan and its fine if only one person in room. Windows had to stay open but bus stop and bar downstairs made early night too noisy. Checkin only till 5pm so had to be done electronically via a machine. Difficult for a less techy visitor. Still a good stay. Nice rooms.

I loved the view from the bedroom and overall the room was comfortable. The bathroom was tight and a bit small but we made it work. My main issue is with the reception. The guy at the welcome desk was extremely unwelcoming and unkind. I asked about parking when I overheard him tell another guest it was free. I asked where exactly we were allowed to park for free so I made sure I followed any rules. He looked at me like I was stupid, rolled his eyes and said my question made no sense. Then he said yes, you can park on the street by the hotel for free. So we did what he said we could and found a nice ticket the morning of our departure. Only because of him I will never stay at this location again. He was horrible at his job and very unprofessional.

Really enjoyed my stay, I'd emailed to say I'd be there before check in and they said I could possibly check in early or there was a luggage store. When I arrived my room wasn't available which was to be expected but then there seemed to be a problem as lots of phone calls and the word overbooking was used. Was all resolved (sorry if you were the booking that got moved). Room was lovely, just incredibly warm. Brilliant location, as close enough to the centre but not overwhelmingly so. Public transport is the dream in Vienna. Would absolutely stay here again

Although this happens often in Germany, the entrance is closed, if you arrive after 19:00. They offer a key in the locker, but you need to call them to get the number to open it. It would be nicer, when they leave a notice beforehand thru email.
