호텔 펜션 루메스 - 셀프 체크인

창문이 제대로 닫히지 않고 FCU 방식의 난방기가 하나뿐이라 너무 추웠어요. 뒷골이 서늘한 꿈을 꾸는줄 알았는데 꿈이아니라 현실.. 위치는 굿!

카운터가 7시까인데 늦을꺼같아 연락드렸더니 종이에 친절히 메모를 남겨주시고 바로 숙소로 갈수 있게 자세히 적어주었습니다 조식은 보통정도이고 위치는 정말 관광지랑 가까워서 좋았어요 남자직원이 무뚝뚝한줄 알았는데 몇번 말 하니 괜찮드라구요~ 짐도 맡아줌 숙소화장실이 좁은거 빼고는 좋아요!

남자직원이 불친절하고 숙소도 그렇게 좋지 않았어요 엘리베이터도 굉장히 불편하구요 좋은건 위치 뿐이네요

전체적으로 집기들이 낡어서인지 깨끗한 느낌 아니었습니다. 변기 상태 안 좋았고, 침대도 불편했습니다. 와이파이도 잘 안 터지더군요

객실/호텔의 청결함 - 옛날 동유럽 호텔 느낌, 아주 아주 넓은 가정집 느낌. 가족이 가기에 좋습니다. 서비스 품질-영어를 잘 못하는 중년 아주머니가 처음 안내해주셨는데, 손짓 표정으로 다 알수 있었고, 매우 친절하셨어요. 호텔 편의 시설-시내 가까워요. 물을 구하기 힘들었는데, 지하철 지하에서 사는 것이 제일 좋음. 호텔 위치-좋음. 처음 들어갈때 일반주택 같은 느낌이고, 엘리베이터 3인용이라, 처음 방에 들어가기 전까지는 의구심이 들지만, 막상 넓은데서 편안하게 쉬기에 좋습니다.

주인아주머니가 너무 친절하시고 호텔 위치와 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다. 다시 간다면 또 숙박하고 싶습니다.

Bed was broken. Self check in is not at all a good idea for guests traveling internationally. Our flight reached 8am and we got to hotel at 10. We could leave luggage but no one to request a early check in. The hotel had emailed us the code to the room which worked when we got there even though check-in time was 3 PM. We opened a room to find so much trash and stuff left behind by the previous guests. I believe they use the same code for all the guests, which is very unsafe. The place had a small kitchen. It was full of dirty dishes everywhere there is no AC. When we complained, they just gave a fan. Our room was on the second floor and the elevator barely fits two people. We had to do multiple trips to take all the bags upstairs.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, però le camere sono vecchissime e trasandate, muri sporchi, mobilio vecchissimo e incompleto, dotazione scarsa, mancavano gli asciugamani e doccia sciuma. Sconsigliato per la qualità, max 1stella e mezza

My only positive comment: Good location. The room had a portable AC (!!) located in the room internal balcony ( facing other apartments windows) We had to sleep with the balcony door open to get some AC. Kind of a Flinstones situation. We won’t book this place again

This is a good place to stay. Location is great to the center and many landmark and restaurants. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem i had (and major) was nobody sent me the security number to enter the hotel. I made reservation thru Hotels.com. dont know hotels.com should send or the Pension Lumens should send, but somebody ahould have sent me some info when the reservation was confirmed. I only got the confirmation email from Hotels.com (i made reservation the day before). So when i arrived at the entrance, i couldn't get in without this code. Dont know which room is mine, either. I had to call the emergency number with roaming a few times.. then finally made a contact.

Check-in process kinda confusing … luckily the cleaning lady was there to direct. Room was very clean … old and creaky, but clean and safe. Would not rate this a 4-star hotel (maybe a 2). Area was awesome- close to trains.

The place had everything that was needed and more! Good price for unbeatable location and big room. Funny check in process, but if you manage that part, the rest is easy:)

I wanted to share some feedback from our recent one-night stay at your hotel in Vienna. My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to our stop in the city, but unfortunately, we encountered an issue that impacted our experience. Upon checking into our room, we noticed that the bed had hairs on it, which left us questioning the cleanliness of the linens. This made it difficult for us to relax and get the good night’s sleep we needed before continuing our journey. What made this particularly frustrating is that we’d already dealt with a similar issue at a hotel in Budapest earlier on this trip. It’s been disheartening to have these kinds of problems back-to-back, as it has taken away from what was meant to be an enjoyable vacation. I wanted to bring this to your attention because we expected better from your hotel. We hope you’ll consider addressing this, both for future guests and in making things right for us after this experience. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to hearing from you. I did not recieve a code to enter the floor. And it was not clear how to enter the main door at the ground level. Room was simple, but clean. Bed slept good and the fridge worked.

Good location in Vienna, but infrastructure is very old. Be sure to contact with the hotel if you want to check in late, the for for building should be open by vendor.

This is not a hotel but a “Pension”. These are rooms on a floor of a tired appartment/ office building. There is no reception and getting in at first is rather odd. The front door is locked after 6 PM so good luck getting in touch with someone. When I received instructions they were in German and I requested them in English but never received any. Good that when I arrived I had a friend who helped me. The room was clean, quiet and very central. When I selected 4 Star on Expedia I expected something better.
