The whole staff team was exchanged between booking (March) and our arrival (May). Scanning through our booking, we found three different contact numbers, and upon calling them, we were informed that they would no longer be working there. The confirmation message we received stated that we would be welcomed by staff upon arrival, but the entry was just an inconspicuous door with a code lock on it. So at 10 pm, we were standing in front of a closed door in a dodgy neighbourhood, worried that we weren't going to find a place to sleep that night. Fortunately, one of the former employees was able to help us out. In the apartment, there were no instructions on how to log into the WIFI or any information about Vienna or the area. The shower doors were unhinged (fixed after 3 days by the janitor), the windows could only be shut by force, and the mattress was stained. There was no TV as advertised, there wasn't enough toilet paper, and the curtains weren't properly hung. All in all, quite disappointing, but at least the water pressure was good.

La verdad fue una pesadilla..nunca se me informó que yo debía por las llaves hasta una distancia muy lejana pagando Uber..después regresar y entrar a la propiedad donde era terrible el ruido de los vecinos..lo único bueno que puedo decir que estábamos ubicados cerca de atracciones

La struttura in sé era carina , pulita , in una buona posizione e con tutto il necessario , gli unici 2 problemi erano la puzza nelle scale ( insopportabile ma almeno dentro all’ appartamento non si sentiva ) e alcune luci della stanza non funzionavano

Nice kitchen but no table or chairs do these would be a nice addition. Maybe blinds as the windows are over the road and a bench that lots of smokers used. Really appreciated being able to extend check out, thank you.

Prima ci avevano assegnato una camera (dandoci anche il relativo codice di ingresso) al primo piano, poi ce l'hanno misteriosamente cambiata con una al piano terra, accanto alla porta interna di una macelleria. Forte odore di carne sul pianerottolo. Portoncino sulla strada sempre aperto, nonostante la serratura con codice. E al nostro arrivo anche la porta di accesso alla camera (a pochi metri da quella sulla strada) era aperta! Il frigorifero emetteva un insolito rumore e abbiamo dovuto staccarlo di notte. La doccia non tirava l'acqua e si creava ogni volta una piccola "piscina". Ma il vero problema era il caldo insopportabile e l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre (nemmeno a vasistas) durante notte, trovandosi al piano terra e con la paura che qualcuno potesse introdursi nella camera con estrema facilità. La camera è carina, spaziosa e anche ben arredata.
