식사도 맛있고, 시설도 좋습니다.

겉모습과 사진을 보고 결정했는데 객실은 약간의 냄새가 나고 침구가 쾌적하지 않았습니다 그러나 조식은 맘에 들었습니다

Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. Only open few hours in evening though. Breakfast was lovely and the lady at the reception was so helpful. I booked the room last minute as Innsbruck town centre was fully booked and I am pleased it was as no way we would stay in such a lovely hotel otherwise.

Grei beliggenhet, bra med parkering g i p hus. Enkel restaurant men god mat og hyggelig betjening. Litt enkel frokost, og litt simple rom men helt ok. Kort avstand til Swarovski fabrikken i Wattens.

Der var ingen varme på værelset, badeværelset virkede fugtigt på grund af manglende opvarmning. Værelset var godt med en pragtfuld udsigt. På grund af den manglende opvarmning blev total oplevelsen mindre god.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved how close it was to transit and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I did find the tub/shower combination a little challenging at first but once I figured it out I didn't end up with a puddle on the floor.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Our initial experience was less than ideal: we were being accommodated in their older building, on the first floor just above the restaurant where the DJ, music, and loud guests guaranteed a good level of noise until 11:45pm the first night. When we complained about that, the management was super helpful, moving us for the remaining 4 nights to an upper floor in the newer circular building facing the other direction (with a wonderful view to the mountains). This room was much more modern. We used the hotel sauna twice - basically a full modern spa department just for the two of us; apparently the other guests didnt’t think sauna is a good idea during summertime, but coming from Finland, we know better. Parking was easy in the garage, if not cheap. Breakfasts are plenty and good quality. My score of 5/5 is based on our overall experience and certainly the very helpful service from the management. Thanks for making our visit pleasant and memorable!

Bra hotell og beligenhet. God frokost og store utearealer om en ønsket frokost ute eller slappe av i sola ved baren.

Gemäss Türen und Hellhörigkeit kommt der Bau wie ein Provisorium daher; man hört wirklich ALLES. Kein Willkommen-Wasser und keine Mini-Bar, wie es sich in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel eigentlich gehört. Allgemein: Ok. Essen gut.

Wow wow, wow, This is the place where you should stay in Innsbruck. The rooms are amazing and the views from the rooms are gorgeous. The management all the time makes sure you are comfortable and the Breakfast was completely full of good food. The bus stop at 1 minute from hotel entrance. Amazing Stay!! Thanks

Great room. Great view. Great staff. Good food. Both the restaurant and the breakfast. Affordable too. One of their staff, Steven, especially nice and fun to chat with. If you wanna go to Innsbruck, check this place out. You wont be sorry.

The hotel advertises spa (sauna and indoor pool) but it’s only open from 5pm to 8pm so if you are not there those times you can’t use it which in my opinion is very bad !

Personale alla Rezeption molto disponible e competente nel dare Informazioni. Molto comoda la carta per i trasporti gratuiti. Spa molto accogliente anche se mancavano sempre i bicchieri per usufruire delle bevande e mancava anche la frutta a disposizione. Per il resto la spa era molto pulita e non c’era troppa gente. Ottima la posizione con la stazione degli autobus gratuiti vicinissima. Colazione abbondante e personale molto disponibile.
