Good location and close to all main attractivenesses on foot.

역과도 가깝고 오페라하우스랑도 가깝습니다. 에어컨이 잘 가동되었고 인근에 마트가 있어 좋았습니다. 다만 욕실의 수압이 조금좋지못하였고 세면대 배수가 조금 느린게 단점이어습니다. 나머지는 아주 훌륭합니다

I feel this property manages a bait and switch program. The communications were not good regarding the location. The picture and description on the website list it as inner city. We were dropped off by an Uber at the location listed on the website. Needless to say our apartment was in a different location. We missed a tour and used three separate Ubers until we finally arrived at the property. Communication with the property manager was miserable. The unit itself was nicely appointed but overall first impressions were terrible. Not to mention a complete lack of owning the problem once it was identified. After reading reviews I have discovered I am not the first to have such an experience. Shame on Sky9. You should and could do much better

It was very comfortable. Lots of room. Location was great. One English tv station would have been nice.

Better than I expected. It had all the essentials needed. AC was a life saver in the heat. Near an underground, and walkable to all attractions. Beds were very comfortable! Only the pin is incorrect on the website as I thought it was there, but you need to check the address. So we had a little extra transport needed due to this mistake

Nice location for a one bedroom apartment, but… The smell of garbage permeates the lobby as the garbage room is right next to the elevator. We found blood on the fitted sheet of the pull out couch, a pillow, and blood on the side of the couch. When we found the spare sheets they were in a ball in the bottom of a cabinet dusty and dirty. We found hairballs on the bathroom floor and no soap in the soap dispenser. There was no ice tray for making ice and the freezer was very dirty with the handle to open it broken. The wood floor has many dents and scratches. The walls are very dirty with marks, dents, and scratches. The bedroom AC unit spontaneously stopped working periodically and needed to be reset to start working again. When messaging management we received an apology and they would take the issue up with their cleaning service. Poor quality apartment in a nice location with an average price. Difficult to recommend.

It was a very great location. The apartment was nice and comfortable, but the AC just did not cool very well and it was very hot that week. The shower was kind of small and there was not a lot of counterspace. The apartment was non-smoking, but you could smell smoke coming from the other units when you go into the bathroom.

Amazing location right beside the church. Comfortable bed. Had a small kitchen, strong wifi and a a washer. Would be great if the TV had netflix built in, but we werent there for TV. You have to call them to get buzzed in at first. Good for people to know they need acess on their cell.

Excellent location, had everything we needed for a great stay in Vienna. Train station is right downstairs and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

We had to wait 1 hr in the freezing cold outside the apartment buildings bc the entrance button wasn't working. Thank god some stranger came to open it because when I called Sky9, they didn't know how to help us.

SKY9 seems like a shady business. I would highly recommend anyone to avoid using them. They have been charging my credit card without telling me why. They also did a quick switch at the last minute from our expected apartment, which we selected based on location, to another apartment MUCH FARTHER out from where we wanted to be. They offered me a "credit" for our trouble but I have yet to receive it. Do not rent from SKY9. Find another apartment or room with someone who will not play a bait-and-switch on you.

Will not book them again if we were to come back to Vienna. This is not the room as shown on Expedia because the company used a nicer location for listing, Where we stayed was a very unattractive building with dark hallway on a boring street. Because of road construction we had to drag our bags to and from the apartment for transportation. Inside was cheaply done. Coffee machine did not work. Very little hospitality supplies. Text to the property contact got no reply. To be fair the walking distance to the market and city center was quite close. Do not book this place unless it is the cheapest you are looking for.

Sky9 changed the apartment we had booked through Hotels.com and sent us 2 km away from where we wanted to stay. It was awful to arrive at 9 pm to the expected place and find that you cannot stay there, call the host, who is no helpful on the phone, and receive a poor alternative but the only one. In the assigned apartment we found bugs and old broken towels, ambient hot and smelly. They never communicated with us after our claim and seem not to care. We'll never book with them again because we want certainty of where we will stay once we book a place.

Halls and lobbies of the building were beat up. Outside of the front entrance was not clean, but was cleaned the day we left.

Excellent - best location you could possibly ask for. Right on top of a metro stop and right near St. Stephen's church. Room is really a small apartment (full kitchen) and we loved it. Shower had great hot water, AC was cold, and loved using it as a point of rest in between sightseeing.

The place was in a great location and the owners have really maximized the space with the layout. There weren’t any towels in the kitchen and only 1/4 of a single toilet paper roll was on hand when we arrived. For the bathrooms there were enough towels overall but only one large towel (not convenient for three people). Communication follow-through could have been better when a problem arose with the key.
