Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open.

櫃檯服務只有八點到下午三點，所以這個時間以外進來的話就比較麻煩要先跟他聯絡其他的都還覺得不錯，房間很大有兩個窗戶對外嗯地點很方便搭公車地鐵跟Obb火車都方便

El apartamento y las instalaciones están bien. Nosotros tuvimos que hacer el check in online y no te indican absolutamente nada. Además no disponen de aire acondicionado y en el apartamento hacia un calor horrible. Tras ponernos en contacto con ellos , tanto en la recepción ( la persona que nos atendió fue desagradable) como por email ( tardaron 1 día en contestar)no nos solucionaron el problema ya que lo que nos dijo fue que cogiéramos un ventilador, el cual nunca encontramos, y además dejaron de contestar a los emails.

Checked-in exactly on time and check out prior at 11 AM. Excellent place and I would come back again. Unfortunately, I asked the receptionist for clean up the room. I came back after several hours I was gone. The room still dirty and dirty towels still on the floor. I was not happy at all.

The room and hotel were clean. The hotel was Accessible, Location was perfect. Bus, Train are close to the hotel. Check in and Check out are organization were perfect.

The bedsheets were not clean. Fan of Bathroom did not work well.

Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel; günstiger P&R Parkplatz in der Nähe; das SMART Konzept gefällt mir gut; die Ausstattung der Räume lässt kaum Wünsche offen;
Das Zimmer war relativ warm, da die Klimaanlage nicht gekühlt hat;

The place is clean and neat but there are no shampoo, no handwashwer, no dishwashing lotion, only 2 dose of dusch gel for 2 weeks of stay..
Apart from that the room is spacious the internet is fast and all kitchenware is working and in good condition.

The facility is perfectly OK. Clean and neat. But theconsumables are jsut not enough at all.. No hand washing soap available. Only two 10ml bottles (one use) of shower gel is offered for my one week stay. No shampoo. No dishwasher gel. Not enough paper napkins. No additional trashbags.. These can be solved easily but I can not understand why it is like this.
