깨끗하고 친절하고 아주 매우 좋았습니다 조시뷔페도 깔끔하고 충실했습니다. 시내 중심에 위치해서 어디를 가던 교통 편리함이 너무 좋았습니다

세면대 물이 내려가지 않아 불편했습니다. 데스크의 직원에 따라서 친절한 정도의 차이가 크게 느껴졌습니다.

The location and appearance of the hotel, the facilities, the hospitality of the reception, the breakfast, everything looked perfect. However, there are worms in the bed, and I have been suffering from itching all night until several days after I have been sleeping.

Delightful hotel , excellent breakfast with awesome fruit, comfy beds and great location ! A must stay in Innsbruck !

This is the only place I want to keep going back to in innsbruck, even though i've stayed at several places there... It is chic, convenient, has a mind bogglingly amazing breakfast with at least twenty types of jams, a dozen types of yogurts, so many exotic fruits, plus the sausage and eggs that one expects. Rooms are clean and convenient. The only drawbacks I would mention are that some of the rooms are above an outdoor bar that can be noisy and have smoking, and the sink faucet handles are fully smooth, so with wet hands, it's hard to turn them on or off. However, the top floor glass bar and breakfast area has views to die for- I wouldn't want to be any other place! Originally, I had been disappointed that I did not get into Stage 12 but I looked at that property and their breakfast area and bar are both on the ground floor in a courtyard right beneath the rooftop bar and restaurant the Penz- same owners.. but for my money, I'd rather have the views.

Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Innsbruck. Großes Standardzimmer, freundliches und kompetentes Personal und einen tollen Ausblick im Frühstücksbereich.

Amazing location, great rooms and staff is very helpful. Also the cocktail bar across the street is a must visit!

Unser Aufenthalt in "the Penz" war ab der ersten Minute perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das frische und leckere Frühstück. Das Personal gibt sich extrem viel Mühe alles sofort nachzufüllen und alles schön anzurichten. Bei dem Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei, die Auswahl ist sehr groß und reicht von einer riesigen Auswahl an Früchten über herzhaftes Grillgemüse, Rührei, Bacon, Törtchen, Frühlingsrollen etc. Sowohl das Personal beim check-in als auch das Personal beim Frühstück oder an der Bar ist extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge beim Frühstück muss hervorgehoben werden. Ein ganz besonderes Lob verdient der nette Herr, der den Frühstücksservice leitet und die Namen der Gäste abhakt. Er hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und man hat ihm stets angesehen, dass er seinen Job sehr gerne macht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Unser Zimmer war nicht nur extrem sauber, sondern auch sehr schön eingerichtet und das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne und eine Fußbodenheizung, was gerade bei den eisigen Temperaturen toll war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in "the Penz".

Great hotel in old townbof Innsbruck. Nice,polite, helpful receptionist ( Lucas). Breakfasts were excellent. Wide variety.

Great, apart from terrible internet, could not stream any films, presumably due to very restricted band width, they need to improve it.

Nice hotel in great location. Parking arrangement expensive for the amount paid for the hotel.
