전철을 이용하기 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 스스로 요리를 할 수 있는 도구들이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 3일 이상 머무를 경우 삼푸와 바디워시 같은 어메니티가 부족하다고 느낄수 있습니다. 주변에서 식료품을 쇼핑하기가 편합니다. 관광객이 많지 않은 11월이어서 그런지 저녁에 주변이 조용했습니다.

Studio spacieux avec tout le nécessaire , que ce soit pour un séjour d’affaire ou touristique. Hygiène impeccable. Très bien situé avec transports en commun et supermarché à immédiate proximité. Très bonne sécurisation de l’immeuble et de l’appartement. Petite précision, pour ouvrir la porte de l’immeuble, il faut bien coller son téléphone avec l’application open now contre le détecteur pour que ça marche.

It was an excellent experience. We had almost immediate response to all our queries. The host was very accommodating. Easy access to public transportation. It was a great experience for my family and we would definitely recommend! If we are back in Vienna, we would stay here again!!

Posizione comoda centrale, con molti supermercati lungo la strada principale. A piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della metro di Vorgartenstraße. A disposizione anche tram e autobus. Appartamento con soggiorno, angolo cottura ben accessoriato, camera da letto, bagno con lavatrice e disimpegno. Facile self checkin da effettuare secondo le indicazioni inviate via email. Apertura delle porte con telefono, tramite app. Nei dintorni solamente parcheggio a pagamento. Bisogna andare in garage privati (ce ne sono tanti nei dintorni oppure la soluzione molto più economica è quella di uno dei Park&Ride di alcune stazioni metro. Ai gestori ho avuto già modo di suggerire di prestare attenzione durante le pulizie nel rimuovere polvere sui battiscopa e in altri punti.

Apartament w bardzo dobrym stanie. Wyposażona we wszystko kuchnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującą firmą przez e-mail i aplikację. Obok sklepy spożywcze, bary, restauracje. Blisko do metra linii U1 (5 minut pieszo) i do U2 (15 minut pieszo).

Location is good, in quiet residential area. Grocery stores and transpotation close by and convenient. Cleanliness not so good. Coukd not use balcony, cob webs and dirty. Looked like not cleaned for some time. Windows and curtains dirty. No broom on site, had to buy one so we could sweep the floor. For furniture very limited for long stay. One small uncomfortable couch and 2 chairs at the table. We stayed for 3 weeks.Would recommend this place for short stays only.

Nice apartment in an otherwise residential looking apartment block. Communication is ok, although the phone app didn't actually open the apartment door and I had to use a code. The location is a bit further away from the nearest metro station - at night the area is a bit dark and quiet.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was zum täglichen Leben benötigt wird. Ein ganz grosser Pluspunkt die Klimaanlage! Es war sehr warm bei unserem Aufenthalt. Eine Waschmaschine war ebenso vorhanden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Fussläufig sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte auf der anderen Strassenseite. Die Lage des Apartments günstig gelegen. Zur U Bahn sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Ebenso günstig gelegen. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wird umgehend reagiert. Tolle Kommunikation und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fin lejlighed med godt køkken. Dejligt med både vaske- og opvaskemaskine. Desværre kun 1 tynd pude pr person.. TV’et var over sofaen på vores værelse, fremfor over sengen, hvilket var lidt øv, da sofaen ikke var specielt behagelig at sidde i. Mikroovnen var ikke rengjort og vi fandt en brugt bagerpose i en af skabene. Derudover var gulvet rimelig støvet flere steder. Desuden havde vores værelse heller ikke altan, på trods af at det står listet som en facilitet. Jeg havde ikke mulighed for hverken at vælge dette fra eller til ved booking. Ellers ok og moderne lejlighed.

Séjour très confortable et sans aucun problème

A wonderful stay. A super good place near to grocery stores and subway station. I love everything in the room. I will seriously stay there again for the next visit. Thank you for a wonderful hostel.

Nice little apartment a short train ride from the Austria Center Vienna. However, the third sleeping option (a fold-out couch) is very uncomfortable and cannot be recommended.

It was the perfect stay! Hard to find my room but after I worked it out I was amazed with the place!

I had a last minute booking due to a family emergency. I was arriving near midnight. Since there is no front desk, I was worried about getting into the apartment. I reached out to the property manager thru Expedia. The property manager promptly responded. I received instructions and all went flawlessly. The property itself was very clean. There were many amenities such as a full kitchen with plates, utensils and a microwave. There was a safe and a washing machine. It's a 10 minute walk to U2 and about 5 minutes to U1, so accessibility is not a problem. There were several grocery stores in the area. If I had to say one negative thing, if you're planning on frequently coming home late at night, walking, I felt that it may not be the safest area. During the day and into the evening no problem.
