Clean room, staff very helpful and polite. Bar staff were fabulous and food was very good (the only thing was they brought nuts and popcorn with the drinks so I struggled to eat my meal)!😀 Sushi restaurant was amazing, first time I’ve had sushi and it was delicious. The only fault was the pool area. It was lovely I must say with the comfortable sun loungers and heated pool but as a Northern European who doesn’t get much sun and loves to sunbathe, the sun went behind the hotel building at 1pm leaving us in the shade which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that we cannot fault the golden tulip.

• Inhospitable staff at the reception, maybe they’re overworked who knows. • Outdated decor, amenities and rooms smell and feel damp.

This is a facility which reflects its age when compared with newer structures.

Good location Rooms really comfortable having recently been renovated

The quality/variety of the food was not that great for the price. Also, coffee and tea are not included in the lunch/dinner price which was annoying.

The Staff was very professional and friendly. The morning breakfast was delicious. The pool and health club was great.

Ottima posizione centrale, ottima colazione, ottimo personale indiano alla reception; assenza di riscaldamento nella camera- molto fredda a Febbraio( il difetto maggiore) - palestra un pò scarsa senza attrezzi o macchine pesi . non proprio da 5 stelle ma comunque un buon hotel un pò datato.

Very dated hotel ,staff not interested and rude ,air conditioning very noisy

The room was fabulous, spacious, very clean, mini-fridge, and self serve coffee station. Was on the 28th floor with a fabulous view of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

As usual the Golden Tulip buffet breakfast was excellent and included in the room price too! The property is on a bus route from the aitrport. Big mall across the street. Clean room, friendly staff. Great value!

This hotel knows hospitality, the service was excellent, they allowed early check in and late check out. Generous with amneties and cleaning done to an excellent standard I was really impressed by the hotels standards. Friendly staff around the hotel and lots of services on offer i.e spa, gym, pool, onsite restaurant, prayer room etc.
