호텔 프론트에서 룸을 무료 업그레이드 해준다고 해서 승낙하고 룸에 가보니 원래 예약한 룸보다 더 못한것이고, 구석진 곳에 창문도 조그맣게 있어 감옥 같은 분위기 다시 원래 예약한 룸으로 옮김 다음날 퇴근해 와보니 무료생수가 없음. 조식당은 비교적 괜찮았음 호텔 위치가 대로변이지만 큰 도로에서 바로 들어갈 수가 없음 사우나와 비데탕은 별로였고 SPA 는 가격이 너무 비쌈

The front desk staff are bir intimidated. Not all guests are the same. They were not very welcoming. Just seemed too scared for some reason. They forgot to smile. For a property of this level a coffee machine would have been helpful. Instant coffee is old school. Nobody uses this anymore. I ended up buying coffee cause of this. Other guests were noisy. They knew they were untouchable and they were there for the weekend to party cause they can’t where they are coming from. Nobody did anything to stop them. The room was very nice and very large. The balcony is a great addition when the weather allows. I have to say that one of the ladies at the front desk was very kind to me when I told her about the noise problem when I checked out. She offered me coffee which was very kind. The lady at the coffee shop was extremely kind and welcoming to the contrary to most of the staff at the hotel. They should learn something from her.

The bed was comfortable enough for sleeping. I booked this hotel about three weeks before our arrival, reserving a suite to accommodate myself and my two daughters. Upon arrival, I was told that they had upgraded my room, which was untrue—it was exactly as I had booked. Once we got to the room, I noticed that no bed linen was provided for the fold-out sofa bed. I called the reception desk to request some, and they assured me it would be brought up immediately. Twenty minutes later, the bed linen still hadn’t arrived. I called the reception desk again to inquire about the delay and was told it would be delivered in a few minutes. Five minutes later, they called me back to ask what I needed. I reiterated that I required bed sheets, a duvet, and pillows. It took another ten minutes for the items to be delivered. Upon opening the sofa bed, I noticed it was covered with long hair and other debris. The rest of the room was average in my opinion. The shower was mediocre, spraying water in all the wrong directions. There were only two towels and two toothbrushes provided for three people, which was poorly thought out. The outdoor balcony was filthy, and the door seals were failing. This was not the experience I’d expect from a Hilton hotel. We had just returned from Thailand, where I paid much lower prices for ten times the quality during a week-long stay, compared to this one-night stay.

Room was spacious!

Friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms big and spacious with lovely comfy bed. Only downside is that there is nowhere to walk to but taxis fairly cheap.

The chair with cushion placed at the balcony got totally wet on the rainy day. Of course it was a rare incident in Bahrain as there are less than 10 rainy days in a year. But it did create a small disappointment. Other than that, breakfast choice was not that great. Everything else was good. The Chinese Restaurant located 10min away by foot is very good.

Very clean, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable stay. The staff asked for reviews a bit too frequently, but otherwise, a very comfortable stay for my wife and I.
