I don’t advise choosing the hotel ..old fashion they ask to keep your hotel or a CASH deposit not credit card….clubs music like a new year eve at Times Square.

Overall it was a quiet place for an emergency day needed to spent at a hotel. The price was good for what they offered. They will charge you for water. You're only allowed 2 bottle of 330ml.

The installations of the Hotel and room are excellent for the price I paid, to reach the hotel is a little complicated but is ok

The welcoming desk could not find my reservation it took a lot of time for them to get it. They kept my passport without telling me. They had a disco club at the 11th floor, I had a deluxe suit I needed something quiet. I couldn't sleep from midnight to 5am. The welcoming desks agents were barely polite and concerned, the grooms were very nice and aware.

The room very good but not clean

They didn't see my request for a shuttle pick-up at the airport so I had to wait for the shuttle, but the info desk at the Airport called the hotel for me and it all worked out. When I checked in, I asked if my room had a tub. I was told the rooms did not have tubs and when I expressed my dismay, I was upgraded to a mini-suite. When I awoke the next morning with a migraine, the room comfort was very welcome. I was underwhelmed by the room service, but thankful that they had room service.

This hotel is one of the worst that I have stayed at in my year in and out of Bahrain. The front of the hotel is located in an alley that is littered with garbage. The rooms are not any better. I found a lot of hair from previous guests in my bathroom. The TV channel selection is terrible, if you want English options. As there are many better hotel options in Juffair area, do not waste your time or money staying at the Royal Phoenicia.

Wish I could had more time to spend with everyone there. I will be back someday.

El hotel está bastante bien en general. El único problema es la ubicación. No hay restaurantes internacionales cerca.

The staff are amazing, and they welcome you as a regular customer - although it is my first time- the hotel elevators are always closed or down. the roof ((( after party))) is really really disturbing all the neighborhood not the hotel guests only.

We stayed here for 5 nights in September 20 15, and we regret doing so.The duty manager Mr. Isa, demanded we surrender our passports, I refused informing him that copies of passports were taken already by his reception staff, and I needed my passport in order to attend a function in my Embassy.My embassy will be lodging a written complaint to their operations manager, a Mr. Osama regarding the passport incident.There is a small pool area with 2 sun-loungers, and two tables with chairs for the Hotel guests to use! they were already in use each time we tried to use them. The location of the Hotel is far from any amenities/attractions. The staff in the "sea-view Bar" were excellent however and would like to personally recommend Ms. Analyn, and Messrs. Subash/Ashoka/ and Mr. Deo in room -service, they were always friendly and attentive providing excellent standard of customer care.

Excellent weekend break in the Royal Phoenicia. We were escaping from KSAfor the weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable and clean. The only downside was the seaview bar - the music was dire and it ran out of draught Amstel on the first night and most bottled beer by the second night. Not what you are expecting in Bahrain after putting up with KSA being 'dry'. Still a very good stay in a modern hotel. We will be back.

Nice hotel, staff struggled with larger group. Rooms very nice, very clean, spacious. Colleague had loud music from room next door - he got no sleep. Pool okay, a bit small. Bar at hotel was okay, overlooked port area.

It was great until I had a friend of mine drop by and had to pay 10 bd for her to come up. They didn't give me a direct explanation why but I had to give him cash!
