Great staff! The staff were the best part! Nice discounts on services such has barber and hotel bar. I had an issue with my room and was offered an alternative. They were extremely helpful and attentive. The room had plenty of amenities. My room was definitely clean; free from smells and bugs. Gym and full bar with live music was available in this hotel. The food was not great. Every item was low quality, bland and often undercooked. Ordering food was also a guessing game because the room only had half a menu. The place mats and table clothes in the main dinning room was stained up every day. Shower had okay pressure and temperature but wasn't always available. The low light made the place look pretty depressing. Best part about this place, again, was the staff and my own room. Random people would make comments to me in the hall, wondering if I was really a guest there though I had no idea who these people were. A little bit of bias, I assume. Overall this is a good hotel.

Location price point and facilities hit sweet spot. Rooms large and comfortable. Food remarkably good. Alcohol available. Great staff

良い点　 ホテルにジムがある。 ホテルの受付で両替をしてくれた。 レイトチェックアウトをしてくれた。 タクシー、リキシャーのドライバーは、ホテルの場所を知っている。 悪い点 一日中、クラクションがうるさい。 １月の寒い時期にお湯シャワーが出なかった。

綺麗で快適、スタッフは親切、朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。床屋が無料で利用できます。また泊まりたいです。

It was such a great stay in Dhaka. I felt secure and relaxed. I have some work near the Secretarial Office and it's very close to Hotel 71. Overall good.

The bathroom could be more cleaner. Bedrooms definitely need to be updated

4 rooms I booked 2 of them ac doesn’t work then i requested shift our rooms then they did but same issues. Washroom pipes and shower heads a dirty and junky

この界隈では、価格の割には少し建物は古いですが、設備が整っていて良いです。高層界の眺めもよく、ダッカの夕景が綺麗に望めます。朝晩はビュッフェ。夜のビュッフェ時ドリンクは別料金になるので注意したいです。

Rooms are small compared to double beds . Breakfast should have complimented with some additional fee.

I talked with both persons working at reception during my check in and I asked about VIP access and looked like they were never heard this word. No room upgrade no vip discount. Expedia should cancel this program from this hotel. Very old bathroom fittings. Water dripping inside washroom. After I call housekeeping they fixed it quickly.

Hotel management charge me over charge from your invoice total. I am very disappointed. Room is very much poor condition. Food is very poor quality after eat I feel vomiting and Tommy pain. Shower and toilet are much awful. And I need to discuss with you soon about your payment totals and hotels management price.
