Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay.
The host Gregory is very friendly and ready to accommodate. Wifi wasn't a problem for me. I walked to the Sky Mall to get groceries which is about 20 minutes away though part is a long the highway. There is some noise from the highway, but it is manageable. There are no parties or night clubs in the area to disturb your sleep.
Being along the highway, I was able to take the bus to Warrens where I had business. I also took the bus in the other direction to Oistins for the fish fry. Transportation is as good as one could expect for Barbados.
This residence is as reasonable priced as anywhere in Barbados. I will definitely stay there again if I have to take another business trip in the area.

I was missing a connecting flight and had to stay one night in Barbados.
Despite being quite late I was welcome personally by the owner, my mini-apartment had all you need and I could even pay the next day when settled in.
Very personal and caring service.

We were greeted with a warm welcome, the apartment is very clean and it has everything you could possibly need. A taxi was arranged for us from the airport which was so helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend Malfranza. I paid for a “private” place and received a shared one. They have a poor little dog tied all the time and barks almost every night for many hours. The place is behind Errol Barrow highway which is very noisy. If I go Barbados again I will choose another place for sure.

I understand something’s are beyond one’s control but I stayed there for two nights with no internet until it was my time for check out. That was rather unavailing. No compensations were made for this. Besides almost missing check in and having no internet everything else was good.

My stay was great. Mr Carter was accommodating and very friendly. The property was neat and spacious in a great location. It is near the highway which makes it easy to catch a bus to Bridgetown and is also close to the US Embassy. They also provided a taxi to the embassy at an additional cost.

Asunto oli aika kaukana keskustasta, mutta keskustaan olisi mennyt busseja. Omistaja asui samassa rakennuksessa ja hän oli myös taksiyrittäjä, joten kyydit onnistuivat hänen kauttaan.
Asunnossani oli pieni makuuhuone ja lisäksi erillinen keittiötila. Iso tie meni vierestä ja sen melu kuului huoneeseen, muttei häirinnyt minua.
Käyntini aikana asunnon nettiyhteys oli poikki, minkä vuoksi en itse päässyt nettiin, eikä korttimaksukaan toiminut.
