It was an old hotel, but the location is very close to the central station, its right in front of the hotel. The staffs was friendly, quick check in arrangement. Even tough I need to go out of the city, the hotel is willing to keep my daughter 's book for a week before my check in period. We stay there for 10 night, they keep giving a new towel everyday.

The hotel is easy to find from Antwerp Central Station, the staffs did the job well without welcome smile. Only one person (looks like Indian decent) gave us sincerely smile and I saw him really knows what hospitality service is, he helped guest with vending machine without doubt leaving his post at reception to show guest how to do. We were there during summer and the room got only one windows, although we opened it, the room was still hot. At night we open a bit for cold air to get in. It helped a bit but on the other hand, we got insects came in.
