I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the showers were not clean, so we decided not to use them. Fortunately, we had taken a shower just before arriving at your property. However, at our next hotel, we had to pay for an early check-in in order to be able to shower again, which was an unexpected and additional cost. I am also attaching a few photos that reflect the condition of the apartment during our stay: – Dirty bed linens – A stained and unclean sofa bed – Cobwebs in several corners – A mousetrap under the furniture, which raised concerns about possible rodent issues. Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep well during the two nights we spent there, and we felt the apartment did not match the appearance shown in the listing photos. I kindly suggest updating the photos on your listing to reflect the current condition of the property more accurately. Guests often make their booking decisions based on these images, and it’s important they represent the reality. There were also other details that would be too long to list, but I hope this message helps highlight some key areas for improvement. I found the hostess was not very helpful.

The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe.

Helt ok moderne leilighet som dessverre var vanskelig å kjøle ned. Ville sikkert være en bra leilighet for om vinteren.

You could not pay me to stay here again! The staff were rude badgered us for an exact ETA to the minute as there was no reception despite it saying there was . We gave an ETA then they said they were running late . Had to walk up over 10 sets of stairs with cases and little kids NO LIFT. The. When we got up there we were soooo disappointed looks nothing like any pics posted on here . Dirty , falling apart old and tired . The pillows were gross there were stains on the sheets . Blinds didnt work right .The noise of the sheet was late at night fighting outiside and alot of homeless people in the walk way to the building. The bathroom was a tiny cupboard everything touched couldnt open the shower door .

Les photos ne reflètent pas l'état du logement, c'est l'un d'être neuf : douche, meuble salle de bain, table, canapé,... usés (dans notre logement). Pour quatre : le canapé lit n'est pas utilisable par des adultes (nous sentons les barres de fer). Accueil agréable.

Positiv: Wohnküche inkl. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikro, Kühlschrank, Herd (2-Platten) und sehr geräumig. Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett inkl. Spiegelschrank ;-), Bad mit großer Duschkabine. Fand ich echt mega... Kleines Manko: Aussicht zum Hinterhof

Trevlig o fin lägenhet, ( dock på 4:e våningen utan hiss ) , tillmötesgående värd. Centralt och nära till Metro.

Nada q ver las fotos con el departamento que nos asignaron, ellos dicen q es culpa de Hotels.com La cocina no tenía una puerta, la puerta del congelador rota, un azulejo del piso roto, la vista horrible, salía un olor del baño a caño insoportable. Nos quedamos mas de 12 horas sin agua caliente, PÉSIMO. Sin jabón ni shampoo para bañarse (ni todo lo q pagamos les ajusta para ofrecer eso a sus clientes). En el check in nos recibió una mujer histérica q nos decía q no habíamos contestado un correo que nos había enviado, cuando SI lo hicimos, quizá algo falló con la plataforma de hoteles.com Al final modificó un poco su carácter. Lo único rescatable es el Señor Miguel, quien nos llevó al departamento. Nada que ver el costo de lo pagado por lo que ofrecen, pues estuvimos cotizando otros lugares para movernos de ahí y mucho más barato. Al final decidimos pasar el menos tiempo en su departamento. Ahh y cuidado el establecimiento no tiene escaleras, así q piensa si traes maleta grande, pues te tocará cargarla. Definitivamente pensaría volver a utilizar esta plataforma y de seguro NO RECOMENDARÍA ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO.

Tout était parfait de l'accueil au départ. L'appartement était nickel et la situation un vrai plus. Je recommande totalement.

Ben på den ene seng var brækket. Revne i gulv i badekabine. Støj fra ovenbo. Godt lille køkken. God service med WiFi

La persona que nos recibió a la llegada fue muy muy amable nos informo incluso de lo que había a los alrededores ..,estábamos cerca de todo ( estación de tren norte, metro, bus , lugares turisticos).El unico problema son las escaleras del edificio ,muy estrechas para las maletas grandes.

L'appart n'a rien a voir avec les photos.... Nous avons réservé deux appartements pour ce séjour et les deux sont réellement a rafraichir. Salle d'eau et non salle de bain et cadeau les WC son dans la salle d'eau. bref attention aux photos éviter les apparts 1et 4 Bonne accueil même tardive.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhälnis. Zentrale Lage. Esstisch war leider kaputt (ein Bein war lose)
