This appartment has a lot of good reviews, I was expecting a good stay. Upon arrival we were met by an elderly gentleman who does not speak English and seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I will start with the pros. The unit has nice floor to ceiling windows, a kitchen and a washer. The manager, David, was easy to communicate with and very attentive. Cons: The kitchen has no light and the bathroom is small. There is no counterspace in the bathroom but a dresser outside the door helped. There is no dryer but a drying rack is available. We were there for three nights, we did a laundry on the first night, it did not dry until the last night. There was no heat in the unit until the last night and the towel dryer in the bathroom did not worked until the last day. The bedding looked like it was not changed after the previous user. Both pillows had what appeared to be drool spots. We did not noticed it until 13:00, thats when we went to bed. It was a very unplesant night. Also, the pillows are literally, very flat. The couch was dirty. I did not want to sit on it. I covered it with a towel. However, only two bath and two hand towels were provided. The throw rug, foot rests and cushions on the couch are very dated. Plus, they are nothing but dust collector because of the fabric type. We were comfortable during our last night, we had heat and clean sheets. Fyi, the neighborhood restaurants are closed between lunch and dinner.

David, the manager was so helpful, responsive and kind. He met us at the apartment and shared recommendations for the area. It was a rare heatwave and despite no AC he promptly brought up large fans, a brand new bed and extra pillows. The apartment was well appointed, had a washer with drying racks, extra coffee and very comfortable beds. It was perfect for us. I’d give it 5 stars for those needing additional space for a family and a kitchen. It was close to public transportation and in a safe residential area with great restaurants. Thank you David. We hope to be back.

This flat was absolutely perfect for our trip! We like to stay off the beaten track and not in the center of it all. The neighborhood was beautiful with lots of fantastic restaurants and boutiques. Away from the hustle and bustle but only a short tram ride to the city. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and David was an amazing host. Answered all my random questions very promptly and provided great recommendations for the area. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again David.

O apartamento é muito bom, perto do bonde/metro que vai a Gare Midi, tem uma vendinha bem na frente, para quebra galho e tem um mercadão a uns 250 metros. Teria tudo para ser ótimo, porém estávamos com uma cama extra no quarto, sem uso, e quando estávamos em Gent, recebi um SMS que tinham entrado no apartamento e levado a cama... Sem avisou nenhum, simplesmente entra e paga algo e sai. Pelo que vimos, não faltou nada, mas deu certo insegurança.

Le logement est parfait pour un séjour à Bruxelles. Propre, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier tranquille, nous nous sentions bien, en sécurité. David est un super hôte: réactif, à l'écoute, sympathique. Nous le recommandons grandement.

The accommodation is well maintained, and very clean. Despite the booking being made at the last minute, the response was swift enough for me to proceed to the location. The tram stop is within a very short walking distance.

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé. Un coin cuisine pour les petits déjeuner ou les dîners si on le souhaite. Je recommande cette adresse.

Great property in good location

The flat is in a quiet living area and the owner is very nice. The room is cozy and clean. Room temperature is a bit difficult to adjust. Remember to contact the owner before arrival because there is no reception. There is parking space which needs extra pay and we need to find parking space in the vicinity area in the last day. We enjoyed our stay and thank you!

Easy access from Nagoya station. Huge veracity of food selection. Somehow hotel's entrance was quite hidden, it took time to locate.

Appartement fantastique. L'hôte David était génial, s'assurant que j'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. L'appartement était de qualité supérieure, équipé de toutes les commodités nécessaires et joliment décoré. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu mon séjour au top, c'est la situation géographique parfaite qui a rendu facile, via les transports en commun à deux pas de l'appartement, l'exploration de tout ce que Bruxelles a à offrir. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui visitent Bruxelles que ce soit pour nuit ou bien un long séjour!

Apartment very comfortable and in good condition with fully equipped kitchen and even coffee provided!

Dealing with David and the Flat Moliere is what customer service should always be like. The flat itself has everything you need, is conveniently located (about a 1 hour walk to the major sites in the city centre) and is in the middle of a residential neighbourhood so you get a real feel for local life. Bonus, the flat itself is nice and bright during the day too.

Great location, easy parking. Did not have TV for the week. Owner did communicate and tried to fix it many times. Everything else great

The location was really convinient and room was clean. JUST I prefer regular shower with bathtub. Toilet paper wasn't enougt and i bought it by my self. So totally it was nice stay.

Flat Molier er et dejligt sted at bo. Fint belioggende i forhold til vort besøg hos familien, men også til at se noget af den skønne by og smage på dens 'køkken'.. Lejlighedens størrelse passe fint til vor behov. Kommunikationen med ejeren var ligetil og velfungerende, på trods af at han var bortrejst i den tid vi var der, men ejendommens vicevært tog fint imod os og alt var som afklaret med ejeren
