위치는 아주 좋습니다. 그치만 첫날 방청소를 안 해 주어서 컴플레인 했더니 직원의 무성의한 반응, 저녁 늦게 수건 2장 갔다 주었습니다. 힐튼의 명성은 없었습니다.

역이 옆에 있어 주변으로 여행하기도 좋았고, 방도 깨끗하고 쾌적한 환경이었습니다.

서비스 수준이 호스텔급 다시는 가고싶지 않은곳 역과 가까운 것밖에 장점이 없어요 수준에 비해 가격도 비쌉니다

중앙역 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 편했고, 내부는 깔끔하고 아침식사도 맛있었습니다 ㅎ

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to be in the center of Brussels with convenient access to just about everything, especially the central train station.

Muy buena ubicación

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, except for a couple of problems… Mainly, we could not get any Internet, even though we are Hilton honors members. We could get it in the lobby, but not in our room. The breakfast option was expensive and limited. The coffee in the room was terrible. But everything was clean and the bed was fine. Nothing to complain about there. The location was fine, we just walked through a tunnel to get to the grand Plaza. But the person at the desk was not very nice about explaining how to get there. Maybe it was the end of the day for him and he was tired. Not sure. But not very nice. The digital concierge’s was not good. We won a real person.

Room was good, however for the price I paid I did expect a lot more. To start, there was hug problems with the hot water in the shower being cold at peak times which I’ve personally never experienced in a hotel before, definitely not something I would’ve expected in such an expensive hotel. Next I was a little taken back after what I spent on my stay and the water in the room which was 2 tiny little bottles of water were available for 4€ each which is incredibly ridiculous, figured after spending an arm and a leg on my stay something like a shot of water and decent coffee would be complimentary. Also, for €24 per person for breakfast it 100% was not worth the price. We went there 20 minutes after breakfast started and EVERYTHING was freezing cold…. Eggs, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, literally all of it was cold and probably not food safe at that point, also the lady that greeted us for breakfast was upset with us that we didn’t know how to speak French claiming that it is a French speaking country even though every other place we’ve been to in Belgium spoke Flemish and English….. so to sum it up, with the huge prices asking for a stay here, things are not worth the cost. Take your money and spend it elsewhere

Restauranten var stengt. Dette var opplyst på nettsiden, men roomservice var heller ikke tilgjengelig. Dette sto det ikke opplyst om. Litt slitt rom. Gode senger og fin beliggenhet.

Great location

Right across Brussels Central train station. Great for day trips on trains. Easy walk to all amenities and tourist sites. We had 1 night without TV as they could not find our remote control.

La situación.

The hotel is very clean, just a little dated and in need of a little sprucing up. The minibar in the room is empty and the mini-bottle of water in the room costs €4, whereas many hotels of this level offer one bottle per person per day. Breakfast is excellent, but you have to get there before 9 a.m. at the latest, otherwise there's a queue and something will be missing. The hotel is ideally located 2 stops from the airport by train and 2' from the Grand Place.

This hotel is quite dated and is in need of maintenance. Housekeeping is very inefficient. Our room was not cleaned the first day! We asked the housekeeper on our floor to tend to it; but it wasn’t done. We had to call the front desk and ask for toilet paper and towels. On the plus side, the hotel is very conveniently located and food in the Oats cafe is excellent. The best was Afternoon Tea in Sentos Restaurant on the National holiday. The food, service and entertainment were perfect. Qudos to Fahty and her staff for making this a very memorable experience!
