아주 좋은 위치. 걸어서 대부분의 관광 명소를 다닐 수 있어요. 아늑하고 클래식한 방, 푹신한 침대는 여행의 피로를 푸는데 아주 좋아요.

가격이 비싸다는 것을 고려할 때 욕조가 없고 방이 작은 것은 아쉬운 점이다. 그래도 중앙역 바로 앞에 위치한 지리적 숙명임을 어찌하리

Un hotel con encanto diferente a los hoteles de grandes cadenas. Si te gusta estar en el centro con movimiento de gente, tiendas, restaurantes, etc y aparte al lado de la estacion central.....Este hotel es una gran opcion y a pesar de su ubicacion por lo menos mi habiracion era muy silenciosa excepto por la ,aquina de AC que hacia algo de ruido pero omitiendo esto me gusto mucho, buenos amenities en el baño y el desayuno muy correcto.

地理位置十分好，非常接近布魯塞爾中央火車站, 對於自由行的人是十分方便。而且去附近景點都很近，可惜床太軟了, 睡得不太好, 而且是木地板, 每走一步都很吵。

The rooms I booked were very nice, full of character and spacious. However, the shower was very pour - lacked power and the way it was fitted made if difficult to use. Also, the WiFi was a little bit and miss. But overall a lovely hotel in a great location.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Very close to the city center and lots of dining and shopping options. Other than one very helpful and polite lady who handles the late evening shift, the rest are not very polite.

The location is great! It's right by the Central station which is very good to know if you're traveling by train. It's a block and a half from the station at most. Our room was on the third floor. It was huge, which was great. There is an elevator, however there are a couple of stairs you need to negotiate to get to this particular room and a couple of stairs after the door is open to the room. This could be the case with other rooms, I'm not sure. The bad part for us was there are huge wooden beams in front of the doorways once inside the main room. The beams train you to duck, however sometimes you forget and bam you bang your head. I would not use this suite again. I would insist on a room without beams. We were there for only two nights so we didn't change. Also there was the smell of gas in the kitchen area. I mentioned it to the person at the desk via phone he said there's no gas in the building. I still smelled the gas the next day, the person at the desk at checkout said the gas was turned off for the season. Go figure!

This is a really nice hotel which unfortunately was ruined by the staff approach and attitude. The first night of staying my son went to get some water from the gym prior to going back to use it and was accused of taking water he was not allowed to take (there is none provided in the room). On day 2 I went to use the gym and stretch as I have had back surgery. There is a sauna which I turned on to use. After 2 minutes the lights went off and a different member of staff approached me aggressively saying I had to reserve the sauna an hour before and you had to tell them if you were using the gym. There is no sign or notification and the treatment was absolutely disgusting. This is the first negative review I have ever had to write about staff and it happened twice - I would skip this hotel on that basis. My wife used the gym in the morning and had no such issue so even the messaging is not consistent

Lovely older building very close to major sights in Brussels. Close to railway station for day trips to Antwerp and Bruges. Tons of restaurants nrarby
