깔끔하고 기본이 아주 잘되어있는 호텔입니다. 그이상은 기대하지 마세요

직원들이 친절하고 아침식사도 좋았습니다.

너무 깨끗하고 위치도 좋은 ibis 호텔 이었습니다. 최고!

Foi tudo certo, mas o quarto é muito pequeno.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, the breakfast was very nice, good selection, the people on reception really had no clue about the area also asked to book taxi, they didn’t and just got to Eurostar in time

Good location, walking distance to everything. Bathrooms really small but only few nights so worth the value.

Our stay was pretty disappointing. Poor communication from staff meant we were waiting ages for our room. Once we got into our room, it wasn’t extremely clean, but okay. We went out in the evening and got back around 11, where we harassed by locals inside the hotel. My partner was assaulted and had his necklace stolen. The next day we asked the staff for the cctv footage so we can show our insurance, but they did not help. Why was there no security at that time? This ruined our stay and is one of the worst places we have ever stayed at. We have never used Ibis before and probably never will again.

Upside: hotel was conveniently located and staff was helpful. Downside; There was singing at a local bar that could be heard word for word inside my room one night until 2200, which was annoying. The bathroom was also terribly laid out with the tiniest shower ever.

Clean and very good position

The location is great and room is clean. I like the heater in the bathroom. This is budget friendly but with comfort.

Rooms too noisy, you can hear noise from the streets and from the corridors. Didn’t get proper sleep because of that. Bathroom is small.

En general las instalaciones miy limpias. El personal del front desk muy amables. Muy recomendable.

La stanza, super riscaldata dato il periodo invernale, in condizioni impeccabili. Personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione a buffet ben organizzato e rifornito, con opzioni che si adattano a diversi gusti.

Hotel basico. Il bagno è piccolissimo. Il riscaldamento del bagno è una stufetta che si accende ed è temporizzata. La camera, una doppia twin bed, era al quarto piano: dal tardo pomeriggio niente acqua calda solo tiepida. Ho segnalato la situazione in reception ma non è cambiato nulla. La colazione è un situato in ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte
