전형적인 이비스 프랜차이즈호텔 입니다 차가없으면 불편합니다,,,,물론 유럽이 다그렇지만 바로옆 하이웨이가 있어 시끄럽고 인근 식당이 없급니다

Bit far from city centre

The hotel was nice staff would good too only issue was the AC going out which was werid cause we had 3 people come to the room to tell us the AC was working but it takes a while to come on but it never came on turned out it was broken throughout the whole hotel cant understand why they couldnt tell us that from the start instead of leaving us to suffer in 30 degree heat during the night no ventilation at all not ideal if youve a young kid cause it gets very warm in the room

There was continuous noises and disturbances due to the leakage of the water pipe on the 1st floor at around 2-4am which was the normal sleeping hours of human. It seriously affected the quality of sleep together with hygiene of the corridor badly. I complained to the reception and the management but no response nor reply unfortunately.

Obviously for the cost, we weren’t expecting the Ritz, but we did book a triple room for 3 people, only got given 2 towels and had to make the bunk bed up ourselves as if we were in a hostel or something. The glass door on the shower (reflected in the mirror to anyone on one of the beds) totally lacked privacy, as did the non-lockable toilet door. The toilet light went off after about 10 seconds and you had to do a little dance on the loo to get it to come back on. Breakfast was plentiful and the beds were comfortable but it just felt that the layout of the room hadn’t really been thought through. Charging for parking in that location (and charging so much) on top is a bit cheeky.

La propreté de l'hôtel laissait à désirer. Nous avons noté que les miroirs n'étaient pas nettoyés, que des traces de boissons n'était pas lavées de la table. La toilette ne possédait pas de brosse. Comme le nettoyage ne se fait pas tous les jours, les traces restent dans la cuvette de la toilette pendant des jours sans être nettoyées.

House keeping did not show up on Thursday and Friday during our stay. Front desk was informed on both days.

My car was damaged by another vehicle in their car park - staff refused to review CCTV footage. Followed up with an email request to management, who also refused. Seemingly unmoved by criminal damage occurring on their property. Avoid at all costs, wish I’d stayed somewhere else, where guests and their property are valued

The staff is not efficient, l have asked for an hairdryer not included in the room, and they wasn't able to supply one to me

As fotos nao retratam. Café da manhã bem simples, sem reposição dos alimentos, camas nao feitas, com lençol que nem cabia na cama. O custo beneficio não vale.

Hotel convenable. Mais quleques espaces a renover comme les moquettes dans les couloirs, les douches ou les literies.

Lyset på toilettet virkede ikke, vinduet var defekt og kunne ikke lukkes, sengen var hård som et bræt, rengøring kunne være bedre..

Le parking est à 10 € par jour de plus quand vous commandez sur hôtel com le site vous dit tout frais compris et quand vous arrivez à l'hôtel vous devez payer pratiquement 10 € pour 3 nuits en plus je déconseille cet hôtel mon séjour a été très désagréable.

Very good

Nice enough hotel, plenty of scuffs on the walls, bed was comfy. Towels were a bit small and the pillows could have been better.
