매우 만족으러웠습니다. 방도 청결하고 음식도 맛있고 응대도 매우 친절했습니다

시설관리가 안타까울 정도로 아쉽네요. 친절한 직원들과 5성급 호텔인데 개인금고는 작동불능으로 도착 후 1시간이 넘도록 못 고쳐 결국 사용 못함 오래된 호텔의 단점이겠죠

모든 직원들이 특히 친철했습니다. 아주 행복하게 머물다 왔습니다.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Châtelain. The hotel combines elegance with comfort offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, close enough to explore the city easily, yet it’s tucked away in a quiet area that makes it feel like a retreat. The staff are attentive and professional and the room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Overall it was a brilliant experience and I would happily stay here again.

Great location and comfortable excellent

Stayed here during the Belgian Grand Prix and the service in particular was excellent. Big shout out to Salvadore the barman and all the staff on front desk during daytime and night hours. Really made the stay an experience to remember.

The option to add breakfast at a reasonable cost was good. On previous occasions the cost of adding breakfast was very high

Machine à café defaillante. Balances sans pile dans les 2 chambres. Tracé de vernis à ongles sur la baignoire. Incapacité du personnel à se coordonner pour le petit déjeuner alors que nous avons précisé être pressé pour avoir notre vol de départ. Je déconseille très fortement. Hôtel qui ne mérite absolument pas ses 5 étoiles.

It was a decent place to stay. Staff was very friendly. The only bad thing was the shower tub was too high.. you really have to jump into it

Very nicely appointed room with luxury toiletries and very kind housekeeping service. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful across the board. Their hospitality made it a truly lovely stay!

Located in a safe and quiet area of Brussels close to a grocery store and some restaurants. I stayed here with my kids for 6 nights and the walk to the main square was too far for them to do by foot. We tried taking public transit but there wasn’t a direct route so timing connecting bus or trams often resulted in us opting to take uber for 15-30 Euros. Staff were very nice. The hotel is older, no casting options so we used our iPad. The one bedroom had frosted glass which was hard to get kids to bed if I wasn’t ready to sleep too. Kind of defeated the purpose of a one bedroom unit for me. I’d likely get a hotel closer to the train station or the main square in future so we are closer to the tourist attractions.

There was so much o Noise in the hotel I had to check out early as I was unable to sleep. Furthermore after requesting a refund the night manager agreed but as soon as I left the day team refused to issue it
