Great location

사진에 보이는 것보다는 방이 작아서 아쉬움. 생각보다는 그랑플라스 광장까지 걷기에는 다소 먼 듯. 이외에 청소 상태 및 모든 조건은 만족함.

Staff and restaurant were fantastic. Room was clean and amenable. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping areas as well as the Ferris wheel and some great views. Outer areas did have vagrants and a man even tried to steal my wife’s luggage when I went to get our car from a nearby parking garage.

Beautiful hotel in an awesome location near lots of premier shopping. Lots of amenities and great restaurant and gorgeous garden bar. One of my favorites worldwide

Not clean! Was full of dust and bathroom stank of eggs, left a day early and tried to get a night back as a refund (should have got full refund aa not clean) but would not give refund, so won't be coming back!

Very close to the subway, which made it very convenient to go everywhere

Great hotel with professional and friendly staff, location is perfect and they help to park your car. Nice room and decent breakfast option.

Wonderful hotel. Lovely rooms and I loved the l'Occitaine toiletries in the bathroom. Wonderful staff especially the server in the hotel restaurant who made me an incredible authentic Belgian hot chocolate even though the kitchen was about to close. Exceptional service indeed!

Enjoyed our short stay

The King sized bed was very comfortable, higher than our expectations in this type of hotels. But the extra bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy. It had to be changed after the first night. With respect to the food, we only had breakfasts there, and it was really good, with a big variety of options.

Excelente hotel

We stayed 5 night.Be ready to carry your luggage on the stairs because there is no elevator before your checking in.It was not a 5 star hotel For the price that we spent and for the room that we booked. The sink and shower water was leaking all night long that we had to put some napkins under it to stop the sound, the bedsheet was so dirty and even when they came for housekeeping, they did not change it so i took a picture. The plugging on the wall was loose. At checking they said the laundry was on the room included and only weekends might be some charges but we wanted to request laundry on weekday they said we have to pay. We also had the do not disturb sign on the door but unfortunately in the mornings they would knock to check if they should do housekeeping. The breakfast not much to say no one would tell you what to do . I would not recommend this hotel to stay from my experience.

There was no clear separation between shower and toilet . Apart from that room was good , rest of the stay was good

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive. The only downside was that Brussels had a lot of roadworks, although, this is obviously outside the hotels control.

The Front Desk staff was particularly good and helpful

Everything was wonderful.

Cleaning person entered the room in spite the fact that it was a “ don’t disturb”sign which we placed on a door handle outside of the room That was disturbing ! Breakfast options are very minimal
