Um hotel jovem, agradável e com excelente localização.

The hotel was in a nice location close to all the site seeing attractions. Staff on arrival and through out our stayed were very friendly and kind and always spoke when you passed. The room was very clean plenty of room for 3 people. When booking hotels in the future Novertel is one i would definitely recommend.

Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Fantastic location, quiet. Really happy with our stay.

Perfectly located — everything in the centre is just a short walk away. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the staff at reception were so welcoming and helpful. We had requested an early check-in, and although it couldn’t be confirmed beforehand, they kindly arranged it when we arrived — such a relief after a long journey with a baby. Breakfast was delicious with decent variety, and we quite liked it as a family. The hotel restaurant is excellent too — lovely food, wine, and warm, friendly service. Overall, a wonderful stay with kind people, great food, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bruges!

The room and everything else was lovely..we just wished it clearly stated on the website that the pool is closed fro several month!!

Hotel muito bem localizado! Fácil acesso ao centro, café da manhã excelente! Quarto novo e moderno!

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé dans l'ensemble. Nous étions contents. Mais chambre étroite pour 3 personnes. Wc très petit. Il manquait de bancs à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, à l'entrée (car il y a une cour extérieure devant l'hôtel). Ça manquait aussi d'une petite cabane pour les fumeurs, pour les protéger de la pluie. Prix très exorbitants concernant les consommations au bar de l'hôtel. Idem pour le petit-déjeuner. Pour le reste, tout ok. Merci

We stayed one night in Brugge at Novotel and it didnt disappoint. Having stayed at Novotels before, i knew what to expect but this hotel exceeded expectation! The room was perfect for our family, with a pull out bed for our youngest. The hotel is clean and stylish and positioned perfectly to explore Brugge. Breakfast was also fab and enjoyed making our own belgian waffles ar the buffet! The only negative i would say, is that as a hotel guest, we should have received discounted parking for our stay from the onsite car park.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y los cuarzo tienen una tamaño bueno y lo más importante es que está separado el área de escusado del área de regadera, así si vienen 2 personas es de gran ayuda, el desayuno no lo he probado pero espero esté bueno ya que viene incluido.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein dürfen und für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern (6&9) war das Zimmer etwas eng, aber okay.
