I was initially apprehensive about staying at the hotel as its fully digital with no reception or key. However, i was extremely happy with the hotel and whole process. I was kept fully informed leading up to check in and had 24/7 in case of issues, which wasnt needed. The hotel is in excellent location close to all major sights and train station. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast as not much choice. However i would certainly recommend the hotel and stay again.

Adequate room. Clean property. Elevator did not go down from the third floor.

Hotel molto carino situato a due passi dalle piazze principali della città. Molto comodo quindi per visitare il centro. Ci sono ristoranti nei dintorni con diversi tipi di cucina e per tutte le tasche. Comoda anche la formula di check in e check out online. Stanza nel complesso pulita, peccato solo per la moquette macchiata che dà l'idea di sporco.

Great hotel with fun energy, lockers before check-in were a great perk for my group and the staff that showed us how to use them were very friendly. Clean rooms and great blackout curtains

I loved the spacious room, coffee machine, and minibar. The elevator didn’t work at some point, the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the safe in the room would not open. I liked the location of the hotel a lot.

The online checkin was tedious process. They should mention all the requirements upfront. It was a chore. In my room, my bed was sloping at the edges and I almost fell off the bed. I had to make sure I was sleeping inbetween. Glad it was just me and not sharing my double bed. The room had a light mouldy smell to it, didn’t seemed to have been aired enough. No facial tissues when I suddenly woke up with congestion due to the odd smell. Location wise was good. Locker for free post checkout for a self serve hotel was good.

Staff avoids resolution of serious problem and offsite after 7pm. They are not at customer friendly. Terrible experience with lack of care or resolution.

Nice hotel and very good location. I cannot completely get used to the idea of no reception or other staff. Maybe it works economically but a friendly welcome should not be underrated. Instead, the guest gets a series of text messages throughout the stay. That is why I zapped a star.

Check in pas très simple. Pas de personnel donc pas d'accueil. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. Lits peu confortables Chambres très basique

L’hôtel est SUPER bien situé. Les chambres sont parfaites: AC, lit confortable, produits de toilette. Bref, tout est bien sauf… comme il s’agit d’une réception virtuelle, nous avons eu des problèmes avec le code de la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel un soir, ça pris 40 minutes avant que le problème soit réglé par un agent en virtuel, Sinon, de jour, une personne qui agit comme liaison voit à faire le lien.

Støy fra trafikk utenfor, ikke varmtvann i dusjen, bare varm luft fra air condition, og fikk ikke SMS for innsjekking (self service) før vi kom, så måtte ringe hotellet for å komme inn og for å sjekke inn.

The check in process is not that easy but it's a great hotel and close to everything

I checked in around midnight and the AC in my room was blowing hot air even after leaving it on for more than 30 min. I had to contact the staff on whatsapp as they are remote and requested for another room and after a lot of back and forth they assigned another one. Fortunately the staff was prompt in answering questions. Next day, I realized I left my Airpods in the previous room and asked the staff if they had seen them as the room was already cleaned. They replied saying they didn't find it but the Airpods location still indicated that they were inside the hotel. So I found some staff members in the lobby and fortunately I was able to recover them. It turns out one of the cleaning people had stolen the Airpods and kept it in their personal closet. I want to thank Judia and Yasmine for going above and beyond to help me find them!
